That little play house was so cute ! It could actually be someone's tiny home ! It ended up looking a whole lot bigger once you were towing it. I'm wondering how those folks are going to explain it to their kids. Are they going to vilify the repo folks, or own up ? That playhouse probably had some emotional attachment from those kids.
That is just crazy, that poor guy had to pay twice for that building ☹️ glad he showed up before yal left and didn't loose his business stuff that was inside....
I paid cash for a portable shed. I got a call it was gone. Luckily I had receipt. It had 10k of furniture in it. They dropped it. I tracked it down. They saying they’ll built me another shed and move stuff in it. It cost $40 gas to get there and back. Time off work for me and my wife. Anxiety and stress. Yard torn up. Said they were going to repossess shed next door at 19 Lasater rd. I’m at 49 Lasater. Mailbox right in front says 49. I know they dropped shed and stuff messed up. I told them give us 5k and we will keep the broken shed until we can fix our other shed. Guys giving me a hassle. I’m pissed.
I paid for my shed in full in cash. 7 months later it was repossessed. I had receipt. It had ten thousand pounds of expensive furniture in it. Tote up yard. They dropped my shed. Guy saying he will build another shed. That’s not good evoigh. Time off work. Gas money. Mental anguish. We tracked it down. It was at business I paid cash for it. If I didn’t have receipt. I’d be screwed. I’m pissed.

Are Ya'll in N Tx? watched a bunch of your Vid's tonight, enjoyed, am small biz owner as well. we are in suburbs N DFW and want to buy 12x16, 14x20, delivered, have large gate for easy delivery access. sooner or later you're going to have a bargain on the lift and we will be ready to buy it. after watching the videos I really like the buildings that have the metal plate at the access door floors, can you help us find a good buy? You got to think about what that covers. The person delivering it will take up to half of the $3,000.00. Insurance for it when it sits on the lot. Workman's comp for both the build and delivery. Special fuel taxes when you take it across state lines. Having an employee at office that gets permits and other paperwork. The company has to make something after paying labor to build it. It really isn't that much. If they get stuck in mud and have to rent a tow vehicle then they may not make anything at all.
