"The Royal Affair" is a Danish movie, and she actually didn't know Danish fluently, when she got the part. She only knew a few sentences. But again, Danish isn't that difficult to learn, if you're Swedish
Exactly, seriously America, is my country really that forgettable?? Also, Danish would be really easy to learn as a Swede, I can read Norweigan and Swedish because the roots are so similar
Victoria Brandt I'm Danish, and I think she speaks it well. But in some ways Danish and Swedish is similar. Sometimes we can communicate with each other in our own language. I don't know why people think Danish and Dutch sounds a like, because it doesn't.
The first movie I saw her in it was obvious that she was destined for great things. She has everything including the kind of charisma that keeps your eyes glued to the screen.
I love her ever since and I wished before that she get so much recognition because she's really great in her work and I was never wrong in believing in her. Look where she is right now. Happy for you alicia. I love you.
I hope she won¨t fade suddenly, she is amazing, ana one of the most amazing actresses I have seen in my life,I just love to see her in the big screen, I wish her more than success!!!
He will fade when they can't hide the man features anymore. That usually happens about 30 to 35. Then no doubt he will get numerous, horrific plastic surgeries to keep some semblance of feminine features.
I didn't know her before Ex Machina. That is one of my favorite films of all time. I'm glad she won an Oscar, but I think she deserved it for this film.
I have to mention how "learning Danish" is not a very hard process for us Scandinavians. I mean Norwegians, Sweeds and Danes, we basically speak the same genre of languages. I'm Norwegian, and while it might be hard to understand, I can read Danish fluently.
The spoken Danish is the issue, many Swedes my region and other parts of the country will not understand 70%+ of what a Danish person is saying in normal conversation. But everyone can understand it in written form. I've spent a lot of time in Copenhagen in my life, but i've always had to switch to English for any discussion that goes beyond the most common small talk/niceties. But yeah, shouldn't be too hard to get a better grasp of Danish in spoken form for any Swede/Norwegian person either. It would take some effort, though.
I didn't know she was A Former Ballerina, but looking at her Body shape, I really can see how being a Ballerina fits.. She carries herself in the same manner.. I too Love seeing her, Wonderful actress.. Keep up the good job Alicia..
Haha oh I remember her in that soap opera!! Wow that was a long time ago! Didn't realise it was her as Josefin until recently😂 I remember my sisters being obsessed with it, it was called andra avenyn I think😀
alicia is my favorite and best actress ever and i watch many of her interview i really really like her speaking accent and wanna meet with her. thumb up for legend girl i like her.
Her win for THE DANISH GIRL was well deserved. She's a great, beautiful, credible ACTRESS. And THE DANISH GIRL -- that was such a lovely, loving movie. Props to ALICIA! And finally, she's now married to hunky, also fine actor, Michael Fassbender (yum). Happy for them!
her performance in jason bourne is simply amazing, then i was like who is she? now i know and became a fan. i would love to see here as a sith apprentice in star wars for some reason.
She's fabulous. And oh, that remarkable Louis Vuitton color block dress (like a Klimt painting)... STUNNING....and as far as I'm concerned, the one to beat.
I love Alicia she's amazing, I rooted for her all of award season and when she won I freaked out I was so happy for her. also is it kinda creepy that I already knew most of these?
The TV-show she was in, was called Andra Avenyn (Second Avenue) and took place in the town Gothenburg (Göteborg). She played a rich, spoiled and a bit of a snobby girl, called Jossan. The show was about some teenagers life and drama in a Swedish high school. But also their parents life. It aired for 3 years and had an extra year with a spin off series called Riverside. But Alicia wasn't in that show.
Another interesting fact about Alicia. Since her English Language debut she has only acted on film twice; Anna Karenina and Jason Bourne. Her other projects were digitally captured
I love when clevver does something out of the box. For a long time now it's been a news outlet for like five people and it had been getting old. Please broaden your coverage! Were fired of Kylie, Justin, Gigi. There is so much more y'all could be doing.

No need to be rude Ella. Allvarligt...

Victoria Brandt
I'm Danish, and I think she speaks it well. But in some ways Danish and Swedish is similar. Sometimes we can communicate with each other in our own language.

I hope she won¨t fade suddenly, she is amazing, ana one of the most amazing actresses I have seen in my life,I just love to see her in the big screen, I wish her more than success!!!
He will fade when they can't hide the man features anymore. That usually happens about 30 to 35. Then no doubt he will get numerous, horrific plastic surgeries to keep some semblance of feminine features.

she would have made a better snow-white than kristen stewart... I am sure about it.
123melatonin hahahaha
cardboard cut out of Kristen would've done the same amount of acting and emoting.
Arnold Schwarzenegger would have made a better Snowwhite than Kristen Stewart.

Kristen Stewart is just gross...gross gross.
