oh my.. uhhh usually ice cream sandwiches are supposed to be between cookies... not bread 😅 i feel like this would taste weird. maybe if it was cake shaped like bread thatd be really nice but... still, try with chocolate chip cookies! best icy treat everr! also i recommend freezing the cookies you used and then crushing them up in a lil baggie with a rolling pin or something similar. much easier and less messy.
i once was asked what dessert i ate at dinner. I said i ate a choc ice cream between two slices of bread. Now it seems i was copying a foreign dessert.
