What I wanna know is why everyone was shading baby aiden!! He was absolutely gorgeous in that picture and is getting even more gorgeous with age! For Tamar to be like no he wasent! Who the hell is she to talk. Logan might be cute now but something I've noticed is usually with baby's/toddlers that look cute they don't always have the best features as they get older

I can kind of understand where Jeannie is coming from with her initial reaction. Newborns DO need a little time for their faces and features to better develop. If you've never been around babies and all of a sudden see a newborn, you'd understand. However, I'd never call a baby ugly though... Just too harsh!
I personally don't think a babies #TRUE features come together until AT LEAST 2 months, like who the baby favors most, mommy or daddy. By then, they've learned to smile and respond.
Most newborns, in my opinion, look like tired, old ppl. Like they've been on one helluva rough journey to enter into the world. #Ijs Almost like they pulled a double in the birth canal. My daughter was not cute when she was born. She looked like a dried out prune with flabby skin. Today...4 years on she is beautiful! I get what the ladies are saying. At first I was concerned about them bringing up this topic when they just had another segment about saying nasty things about celeb kids or normal kids in general. But we all have that moment when you see someone's baby for the first time and they're not cute...you have a reaction so I don't think its the same situation...Keep it REAL!

Not all babies are cute. Trust me I've seen a few. Some babies do grow out of that ugly stage and some don't unfortunately. That's why people should be careful who they have kids with. Some parents are in denial tho. They would dress their baby up all cute just to make people think they have a pretty baby.

I appreciate what they did for us and kept it REAL about their selves & with each other! We all know after birth not to expose the baby around a lot of people or too much outdoor activities the first 2wk- 2months, some mothers have natural instinct about their baby some have not the right teaching or no clue! Over all you have to allow the baby's immune system to build its own defenses in its new environment. On their topic I agree, jealous or comfortable surroundings you defend that baby to who ever is responsible for their big ears, long legs, big feet or wrinkly neck, but watch out if the conversation getts to carried away besides the CARE for the baby, you might want to save that other person by helping them change the subject before they make a complete fool of themselves!

I'm honestly shocked this was even a segment given that Tamera went through a very rough patch where the entire internet was criticizing her child's looks and she took offense to it and lashed back at them. You would think with that experience under her belt, if they were going to run the segment, she'd at least use it to say "it's not cool to call someone's child ugly" but she was right there with them. That's kind of unsettling, to say the least that she wouldn't bring that all up... Kind of like she wasn't allowed to.
People weren't criticizing saying that Aden was ugly, they where criticizing that he is white. It wasnt really them saying ugly, just saying how white he is. Tia on the other hand has dealt a lot with people calling Cree names.

Most children look like their parents, so if the baby is "ugly" they must be "ugly" themselves. With that being said, I really don't think that any parent thinks their child is "ugly". So glad me and all my siblings and all my first cousins were cute ash babies ... The Savage Family got all the compliments . I'm 12 now and I have a baby picture that sits in our living room today. Every morning I notice that I was never a ugly baby.
