Im mostly white, tiny bit of native, my daughter's dad is mexican and little Japanese, she has a skin tone like Adrienne, my dark hair and texture but really dark brown eyes. My middle child, (his dad is mexican and spanard) blonde hair but coarser and blue eyes, he tans but is white. my youngest has the same dad as my middle and he has darker skin hair and eyes.
Ariah and Aiden DO NOT look completely different people just think they do because of the obvious difference in complexion. If Ariah was Aidens complexion nobody would say they looked different since they DO share many similar facial features... only difference being that Aden has the facial shape of his mother. The only genetic suprise there is with mixed kids is what complexion they come out to be but even with Tameras kids there really isnt any genetic suprise lol there would be if one of the kids came out black lol. Aidan is what the avarage white "quatre cast" would look like and Ariah well her features are no suprise considering they are a mix of both parents and that mix is obvious. ps. Our two kids are a fourth and our son looks more Native than his dad and our little girl has a very fair complexion but has her grandmother’s features who’s full blooded Native. Our son has thick hair and has a wave to it especially when it grows out and our little girl has think hair that is straight as a board and nothing I do to give it volume works. Genetics work in mysterious ways!

When I was little everyone said I was looking like my mom...when I got older people started to tell me more and more that I look more like my father. I saw that too... When I got into puberty and some things changed ...I got my dads nose for example. Now I am a visible mixture of both of my parents ;)
Well sometimes some things get visible later. Now since I am an adult you can see a lot of facial structure from my dad which were not that visible before puberty. And of course there is still some left of my mum. Thats why I said that I am now a visible mixture of both of them.
I swear kids look like each parent depending on time of the day, the lighting, what faces their making, what their hair is styled like, etc. I feel like my daughter got a good mix of me and her father, and slightly leans toward my looks, but she has one face she does that we call "the daddy face" cause it makes her look exactly like him because it brings out his personality and how he generally looks.

My oldest is my husband 100% in every way her hair, her face, her eyes, her fingers and her hands. I look like her nanny and I have absolutely no problem with that. I’m glad she looks like Daddy my bond started with her 9 months prior and he’s allowed to have a bond too we women should not be selfish. My sister-in-law was kinda bummed when her only daughter came out looking like me, her husband's sister. The genes in my family are STRONG. That baby came out looking like her daddy's sister, mama, grandma, and so on.
When your mixed like tamera is, the genes could come out in some areas stronger in her kids than they do for her, ariah to me looks darker than tamera but she has the gentic code from tams mom to be darker, my kids are mixed, my husband and I both have dark hair and eyes, one of our kids is blonde with blue eyes because on both sides of our family someone somewhere had to have those genes.

I have a cousin who has baby boy (turns one June 23rd), ever since he was born everyone tells her he looks like his uncle (my cousin's brother). Everyone in her house and those who normally have contact with the baby say that. But in my household we see the pictures and the baby, and to us he looks just like his father. We wonder why they insist on him looking like his uncle when clearly he looks like his dad.

I've heard most men say that they pray their daughters come out looking like their mothers. Some men think their daughters might turn out unattractive if their daughters look like them. I don't think that's true....
Its not true. Sometimes often guys have better features. So the daughter benefits by taking some of their fathers features.
I remember reading A song of Ice and Fire and how King Robert's eldest bastard daughter Mya Stone looks like her father with his eyes and hair color. He wanted to raise her but Cersei subtlety threatened him saying "Kings landing is no place for a young girl"
Shame though according to Ned Stark. Robert seemed "better" when he was with her.
I won't mind either way. It'll be nice to see a mini replica of the man I decided to create this beautiful life with.
When I was little everyone said I was looking like my mom...when I got older people started to tell me more and more that I look more like my father. I saw that too... When I got into puberty and some things changed ...I got my dads nose for example.
Now I am a visible mixture of both of my parents ;)

Now since I am an adult you can see a lot of facial structure from my dad which were not that visible before puberty. And of course there is still some left of my mum. Thats why I said that I am now a visible mixture of both of them.

I swear kids look like each parent depending on time of the day, the lighting, what faces their making, what their hair is styled like, etc. I feel like my daughter got a good mix of me and her father, and slightly leans toward my looks, but she has one face she does that we call "the daddy face" cause it makes her look exactly like him because it brings out his personality and how he generally looks.

Good thing we get along🙃When I was having my second I was praying that he would have my brown eyes and my facial features. My oldest is my husband 100% in every way her hair, her face, her eyes, her fingers and her hands. I look like her nanny and I have absolutely no problem with that. I’m glad she looks like Daddy my bond started with her 9 months prior and he’s allowed to have a bond too we women should not be selfish. When your mixed like tamera is, the genes could come out in some areas stronger in her kids than they do for her, ariah to me looks darker than tamera but she has the gentic code from tams mom to be darker, my kids are mixed, my husband and I both have dark hair and eyes, one of our kids is blonde with blue eyes because on both sides of our family someone somewhere had to have those genes.

I’ve never cared that my kids look like my husband. I love it actually. What bothers me is that my first two look like him, so I was hoping our third would too so we didn’t have an oddball...she looks like my sister (who looks nothing like me). I’m 100% okay with my kids looking like their dad, but if they don’t, could they look like me please?! 😂 I’ve never been bothered by comments that they look like my husband though.

I have a cousin who has baby boy (turns one June 23rd), ever since he was born everyone tells her he looks like his uncle (my cousin's brother). Everyone in her house and those who normally have contact with the baby say that. But in my household we see the pictures and the baby, and to us he looks just like his father. We wonder why they insist on him looking like his uncle when clearly he looks like his dad.
