What a delight! 🔥Doing some Chaos related episodes has been on the back of my head for a long time now and being able to finally explore more of the nature of Chaos as we prepare ourselves for the release of TW: Warhammer 3 has been awesome to say the least. Adam did an incredible job here once again with the narration and putting it all together made for a couple of fun days of editing. There's only one Chaos god left to explore, one more Realm of Chaos to visit, the angrier of the Chaos Gods, the grumpiest of them all! We'll be having Khorne's lore video in January but before that, we will have "The Dwarfs Kingdom" episode and the long overdue Clan Pestilens video to be published in a few days. Hope you are doing awesome and being safe my friends!

Slaanesh definitely the most hedonistic of the chaos gods but hedonistic is only one emotion they feed off
Imagine a middle earth: shadow of war but warhammer themed. It could be about a lone reiksguard trapped between massive territories the 4 gods.

Personally, I think it would work better if it was Dante's Inferno with a Reiksguard.

We've already seen a few halfway decent adaptations now, the reason so many video games sucked is because most of the earliest ones weren't serious attempts and many were actually money laundering schemes for organized crime, like anything by Uwe Bowl, pretty sure that guy was getting a lot of his money from the Russian mob. It doesn't even matter if the movie failed, the point was the laundering.

As a chaos undivided player I like the chaos gods that dabble a bit more into magic. Lord Khorne is fun when you want to smash into enemy lines. I have a feeling that slaanesh will be more oriented towards some sort of subterfuge.
I don't play Warhammer but I'm interested in collecting and painting miniatures and I want to build a Slaves to Darkness/Everchosen/Undivided army. Seeing standing Chaos together, Tzeentchian mages rubbing shoulders with Blightlords, fighting for a common cause is just so inspiring lol
@@etinarcadiaego7424 well I'm more of an ogre kingdoms player by choice myself but the mythology of chaos qnd the dark gods was what drew me deeper into the warhammer world. I learned of warhammer 40K and age of sigmar later on.

Tzeench would cover subterfuge political intrigue and complex plots, in fact slaneeshes hedonists would be worst for subterfuge as that takes the kind of mental self control that goes against slaneeshes very being.

For some reason I feel scared maybe it's because I know I never fall the plague father because I would rather die, I can understand the blood god because I have experience great anger and the will to fight. I can gain great power/knowledge while still remaining somewhat human if I follow the changer of ways, but the dark Prince I feel like I will lose myself to it and nothing human will remain but in its place but a animal.
Slaanesh is the totality of the darkest desires you have.
That boss you despise? Slaanesh helps you kill him.
That girl you like? Slaanesh makes you stalk her.
You feel like shit?
Slaanesh coerces you into indulging in drugs, alcohol etc.
At the end of the cycle you're just a husk of what you once were. So yeah Slaanesh is arguably the worst god to fall to.

Man I really hope we get a chaos lore video on both khorne and the horned rat I don’t think the great horned one gets enough credit when he probably has the biggest presence in the mortal world especially since he has far as I know is the only chaos god to actually manifest in the mortal world to its followers

Slaanesh is the PERFECT PRINCE. How fitting for the sacred number of the PERFECT PRINCE to be a PERFECT NUMBER.
Should the factors of a number, besides the numbers itself, add up to the number itself then that number is a PERFECT NUMBER.
The first of these Perfect Numbers is 6.
The factors of 6, besides itself, are 1, 2, & 3.
1+2+3 = 6
What a glorious choice for the Prince of Perfection.

There's a lot to say about all of the gods, and moreover, these videos don't focus ONLY on the gods themselves, but their minions and dimensions. Khorne's minions are some of the craziest shit Warhammer has to offer, and Khorne is probably singularly responsible for the most amount of carnage and destruction ON the mortal world.

Another hit out of the ballpark (or he’ll scape, in this case), Choyer. Slaanesh is the least talked about God of Chaos from what i can tell, perhaps because Slaanesh is the youngest of the four and also due to Slaanesh having the fewest releases from GW (so far at least). The narrator really changed his voice in this video compared to the Tzeentch and Nurgle, well done.
I think some of the rings of seduction are a little bit edgy for The sake of being edgy.

I mean (for me atleast) slaneesh is about selfdestruction.
Imagine you're a sculptor, you're good if not the best in your proffesion but there's always some missing detail a little imperfection in your sculptures.
At some point some weird guys are starting to visit you everyday.
They're nice, always fascinate in your art and after A Little bit of conversations they will gladly help you find someone capable of teaching how to create perfect sculpture which you gladly accept.
You start to go at these meetings, you're improving, your sculptures are starting to resemble atleast some sort of true perfection, there's happines, joy but also a hunger for more and more.
At some point you start replacing stone with more exotic timber, the time you spend on this sculptures double then triple.
Family?
Friends?
Other hobbies?
You don't need them, the only thing that matters are sculptures, perfection.
But you feel that isn't enough, at first you don't want to hear about your friend perverse Solutions but maybe they're right?
Maybe if you replace all your materials with flesh, maybe your sculpures will become more lively more perfect.
And after that there will only be more perversion, more madness and a goal that in the end is unreachable.
(Yea i know my English definetly lacks A lot to be perfect xd)

I am pretty new to warhammer lore and loving it alot, but the more i learn about these gods i wonder .Did we manifest them all ourselfs out of our own emotions?
Short answer yes long answer it’s complex and tbh were already there just pure raw emotions based on nature of the soul fuel for gods. Think of it as common souls forming a god and those souls with common themes and ideas of nature began to form as well, then you have the chaos gods in which Crave souls and sense we influence them they want the souls that are in common with to grow. There is way more to this but that’s how I got out of it.
Exploring the dark depths of Slaanesh. Probing deep into the lore until we can penetrate into the truth of the Prince of Excess. Drinking deep of that juicy knowledge. Insert innuendo-laden statement here.

There is a canon story exactly about this scenario. They lost their will and soul the very moment they saw Slaanesh. No mortal can resist when in the very presence of the Dark Prince.
