I miss watching your videos I just been busy with life. I love your vibe and energy. It's beautiful in Ghana I can't wait to come still working on something tho. I enjoyed how you mingle with the people and interview them and pretty much you know add them into the video as well. The food looks delicious but the corn no 😂😂😂 but unless you try it tho. I do have a question ⁉️ If someone wants to come over from Ghana and visit do I need to write letter to my embassy or too theirs and how would I mail letter to them tho⁉️
you would apply from the Ghana high commission in your country or you may be able to get a visa on arrival,

Yeah. There’s a big difference between one storey and two storey in terms of cost. I’m building a 2 floor but now I should have just done ground floor. I’ll probably rent the bottom floor.
I love that you have the option to rent the bottom floor. That will be lucrative. You’ll earn the money back from building a two story

How much is the average price of 80’ x 50’ plot of land in the area you’re in?
That’s about 3/4 plot. In koforidua, could be around $800. The closer u get to Aburi, the higher the prices go.

I Am Building An OCEANFRONT 3 Levels 6 Bedrooms And 6 Bathrooms Retirement Home In West Africa And Another 3 Levels 3 Apartments Next To It For Rentals For My Retirement. When I Retired In 5 Years Time In USA 🇺🇸 I Will Retired In West Africa And Be Collecting My Pension From USA 🇺🇸 The Apartments Rentals In Africa Will Be Extra Passive Income
