- Bond has been denied for two men charged in a South Side double homicide and the double shooting of armored truck drivers that left one woman dead and another critically injured are appearing in bond court Thursday.
They need to start handing out death sentences in cases like this

I have spent 17 plus years in prison and I'm only 41 this year, and I deserved all that time because I was wrong and most likely why I'm not dead or in prison for life. Now I do my best to just respect myself and others. That street life is goofy and a waste of life. I feel so bad for the victim and I hope they stay in prison forever.

That was the fastest solved felony and murder case in 2021. That’s how it’s supposed to be with cooperation between the community and their local police department. Swift action on all sides. Glad all the evidence was there on the victims. Now it’s up to the judge to do the right thing and send these menaces away for good if death sentence is not an option. 👏

I've said it before and I'll say it again, GPS tracking implants should be mandatory for criminals and recently released convicted felons for no less than 36 - 60 months of post-release observation - with severe consequences for removal. This will curve crime immeasurably!

Said death sentence must be outrageously gruesome, and must be made public in order to be an effective deterrent. A national or local public vote should be implemented to give society the opportunity to have a say on taking out trash (ditch the court system for animals)- I’m thinking of a voting system similar to American Idol or survey pole. Forgive me, I tend to come up with absolute solution to problems.

Glad you included "carried out in a timely manner" part, because as most know it very often takes well over a decade to carry out the execution. The killer/rapist Oba Chandler is great example of that, Ted Bundy is an even better known example. But the best example of all has to be John Wayne Gacy, arrested in late 1978, not executed (and squandering tax dollars the entire time) until May of 1994.
