Hello! In CA on the computerized test, you can skip 3 questions and then will be able to answer the 3 skipped questions at the very end. However, you can request a paper version of the test instead of the computerized test and the DMV has to give you the paper version. With the paper test version, you can skip as many questions as you want, moving around the test freely, reviewing it whenever and however you want to. If you don't like taking tests on computers, I recommend asking for the paper test!
