If you're serious about wanting to grow your own mushrooms this course is one stop shop for all the information you need to get started. The course includes downloads of spreadsheets and calculators, pdfs and videos for off-line study. We have had some success, yes, but it's a tricky one to get right and to be consistent. We'll be doing a lesson on Hen of the Woods/Maitake in the near future, and there are lots of growers who regularly grow Maitake in our online community, so there's always people on hand to give some great advice. It's a great mushroom to eat - have you tried it?
All of our lessons are online and ready for you to do at your own pace - we have a very active online community, and with our community managers based both in the UK and USA, hopefully we can have one of us available in realtime!
