Urine removal and cleaning artificial grass

Hello, this is Scott with pet solutions and synthetic turf cleaning. As you can see, we're here in a beautiful backyard and I'm using the power broom today. You can tell that it has a thick bristle brush or stiff bristles, and they deflect very nicely. We use this to remove any of the dog hair or any leaves and other debris that start to clog up the drainage system. And by doing that, we actually de-compact the infill so that the product can actually travel to where it needs to be which allows for better drainage of your synthetic grass especially if you have stinky dirty turf.
Now we're going to move on to step two. I've got the backpack blower, or we're going to remove any of the debris that came out when we did the grooming of our artificial grass.

Does the dawn hurt the grass fibres or stain them? Ive boticed some white chalky spots on mine, not sure if its dried dog pee, or mineral deposits from my hose. I have simple green original, but scares me to use it due to chemicals.
