    Nice video.
I'm currently interested in learning how to design a GT2 pulley.

Designing is very similar, only turn that one element outside (180°) before circular pattern and add the body to the pulley. Biggest challange is how to mount the pulley to the shaft. I like to use inserted nut.

Really interesting video. I am curious about the maximal belt radius able to print on a standard 220 x 220 mm bedsize. If the designing is right, how big can it get? maybe 25 cm radius, 1.5 meter circumference?

On 220*220 max radius approx 109mm= 684 circumference. If you need bigger, you have to play with spline as explained in second part.

I need to make some of these in 228mm 10 WIDTH, but my fusion 360 does not wanna work! "currently have a ticket on going".. Thought i would ask are you able to assist me on this? i can pay you for your time in making it.. Please let me know by messaging back to this and then we can find a better way to chat thanks.
