RICER. YOU NAILED THIS!! T Bone steaks can be harder than they look but you my friend turned that steak into pure deliciousness!! Amazing cook man!
Thanks Jabin!!!! You are correct brother, that bone loves to overshoot those temps sometimes but as long as you keep that in mind you can still nail that perfect medium rare! Thanks for watching bro!!
My wife complains because I watch too many videos of other men grilling meat
I just tell my wife there are a lot worse things a guy can do during his freetime! hahaha
Bahaha. Just tel her it’s so you can make her a fancy date night meal. Then start talking about wine. That will distract her.
That’s looks so good!!
Great steak and great cook!
Note to self, don't watch Ricer cook a steak when hungry. Looked darn good. Liked the focus on the strip advice, makes perfect sense. Thanks Jeff!
Heck ya Troy!!! I learned this the hard way a few times and after I decided that the tenderloin will still be good a little overcooked but the NY Strip overcooked is like taking a bite out of your sneakers! hahaha Thanks for watching brother!
Very good finish. This guy knows what he is doing. Its a twice the size of any T bone I've cooked!
Nailed it brother!
Drool mode on hey!?! Probably the best Tbone cook I’ve seen in a while!
Jeff nailed it for sure! The Slow N Sear never disappoints on steaks!
Heck ya Rob!!! I was very happy how this one turned out and after watching I think it will be time to do up a couple more!!!!!!!! Thanks for watching brother!!!
I couldn't have cooked that steak any better!. You the man Jeff. Great show for SnS. Later...
Thanks Papa!!! I was very happy how this one turned out for sure brother! Thanks for coming over and checking it out bro!!
Woohoo! Dang brother, you crushed this cook! Cooking T bones and Porterhouses correctly is not as easy as some people may think. A ribeye is a cakewalk but to get results like this with a T bone is....., well, outstanding brother! Cheers, and I'll see you in a few short weeks in your neck of the woods! 🍻
Thanks Rus and heck ya brother any steak with a bone in the center of it is a tricky cook!!! Man I can't wait until you get up here for the car show!! Maybe we can film my next SnS video together!!!!!!!! See you soon bud!!!!
Looks delicious Ricer!
Thanks Johnny!!!
I used the oven at 325 to 110, removed, cooled while preparing other things then seared on the Ninja woodfire grill. The tenderloin was tender and the sirloin was a little tougher but I actually got to finish it tonight. Had one the other night that was done in the sous vide and then seared and it was like shoe leather. Over cooked. Thank you for sharing. There is hope for me yet LOL
MR Ricer You Are Doing A Tremendous Job . My Regards From SAUDI ARABIA تحياتى من السعوديه👍
Love it Ricer!
Thanks for watching brother!
Ricer always delivers!! This looks awesome hey?!
Love my SnS and that butter looks bomb, I’m doing 2 bone in rib-eye’s tonight, will upload a vid on it
Awesome!!! Thanks for watching and I love my Slow N Sear too!!!
I got goosebumps watching this because it is so satisfying
Great reverse sear! The T-bone looked awesome!
Liked, subbed, rang the bell!
Cheers from Dave over at Dabomb Smokes 😎
Hey man, do the wires leave anything in the food? The temperature meter you have seems really dope.
Looks good buddy!
Thanks Mike!!!! I appreciate you stopping by and watching the video!!!
Yummm!!
Cheers! 🍻
Thanks for watching!

Just now learned what that little clip that came with my thermometer is for, glad I didn’t throw it away lmao
haha.. that's awesome. We are glad we could help you out on your BBQ journey. :) Cheers to your next cook.
What is a cold grate technique and why is that the preferred method?
This guy should have been a heart surgeon
hi, why would you use olive oil when it has low smoke point compared to other oils?
COOL
What was the point of using the griddle pan again?
Ricer + SnS = 🤯
Dirk, Its pretty awesome to have Ricer on the team! Can't wait to see more from him.
Thank you Dirk!!! This pit pretty much runs itself!!! Thanks for watching and I appreciate the comment!!
Wall to wall raw asf
I thought a T-Bone that size was a Porterhouse anyway? 😅
Looks damn good though. I'm not a fan of blue cheese, but otherwise that method does turn out an amazing steak.
Hahahaha ya it was borderline a Porterhouse for sure but hey I got it for T Bone pricing!!!! haha Thanks for watching!
Aww-man ...we loved every bite... But the cheese..
It really only depends on you but the blue cheese ..ooft.. did not do it for me, instead of using blue cheese try the sweeter white fresco worked for us we loved it very much.😃 Still great job big guy hey we love your BBQ recipes still awesome..
oops however ....😅😅 Yeah okay my mother and my loving my loving wife 🙄 preferred it a little Southern TEXAS spicy just a little bit...
Amazing keep it up
Holy shit my family would kill me if dinner took 17 hours to make
Nah but the color on that was perfect through and through and it’s very rare (no pun intended) to see a t bone cooked like that at least where I’m from. That shit looks like it would be $92 at a restaurant 😂
I got into a fist fight with a guy because he ordered a steak well done. That's where I draw the line, you can't eat a well done steak in my presence. They had to pull me off the guy.
that's true beef taste. no fancy or unnecessary processed seasonings for the meat. just salt..
Never fails to over cover complicate a steak cook
Haha t-bones are a different beast to cook perfectly. That little bit of extra care goes a long way.
Yea 8d say you crushed that cook RIcer
He sure did. Best looking Tbone that we’ve seen in a long time!
@@SnSGrills def a great cook
My biggest pet peeve... there is no friggin T in ACROSS! It's not acrossT it's across.
Why do you wear latex gloves? Seems unnecessary. Oh hang on…..I get it now. It’s to take the grid out of a hot Weber. 👍 Looks like a great peace of steak though. That I’ll give you.
Yeah it’s more of a practicality piece so that you don’t have to touch cameras with dirty hands or wash them every time a setting needs to be changed. Just to the gloves off and boom. Clean.
My goodness when you have to have two different electric probes in meat to monitor it, I’m out.
Looks good but overkill. Many people dry off the steak / protein prior to the sear . However, they defeat the purpose of removing moisture by adding oil. Not necessary to prepare a second round of coals for a steak to sear. KISS !!
Is this dude using a charcoal grill inside??? Not a good look pal. Carbon monoxide is not your friend.😵💫
🤤🤤🤤 I'm grilling mine as you speak
Se sei un chef allora dovresti sapere che La Fiorentina va cotta sulla padella di ghisa (quelli veri di una volta ) non sulla brace
Bro .. this looks more like an science experiment rather than cooking with all that probes..
