You should try adding tons of black pepper to your bacon to take it to the next level. The heat cooks out and leaves an amazing flavor. Works wonderful as well when you oven bake your bacon. I was with ya all the way, minus brown sugar (no sweet tooth here). I added a splash of crystal hot sauce to a portion of the mayo to try both ways, 50/50 didnt add much or take anything away, imo. Thanks for the bread tip, 🔥
Marinate tomato slices in olive oil one can of anchovies garlic juice from one lime cayenne pepper salt n pepper and to the sauce you made add a generous amount of Worcestershire sauce that way the sauce and the marinated tomatoes compliment each other thank me later
