Kackie, I have to tell you that I finally found my “perfect red” lipstick. It’s the Hermes Rose Epice. It’s a warm rose shade but looks red on me. Thank you for all your great videos. Now I know why a normal red lipstick doesn’t look great on me and I’m ok with that. ❤

I’m so happy that you enjoy the WA Les Nudes 🥰 it’s my favorite and I wish she would make more colors. Some people complain that the formula is too sheer for the price, but I get good color payoff and my lips honestly look and feel healthier as it wears off too. I find it so nourishing and incredibly easy to wear. Unfortunately, her packing doesn’t mix well with gel or dip nails. I stopped getting my nails done and have zero issue opening the compacts now so I think it’s just the thickness of the nail. I’m also a HUGE fan of the skin activator and can’t go without it. It’s hard to explain, but it’s just magic. I told a coworker about it and after she tried it, she agreed. Can’t explain what exactly it does, but it just makes skin so happy 🥰

I recently got a Wayne Goss blush/highlight duo that is larger and slightly more lavender but that DIOR looks suspiciously pretty much almost exactly like what he did a couple years ago. And I got it directly from his website and I’m certain it was much, much less expensive and it is beautiful and the highlight can be swirled into the blush is more glow than glitter.

The blush and highlighter duo's are different depending on which one you get, it's more the highlighter is more subtle with my contour and highlight shade duo which is much warmer a more peach tone light brontour and less sparkle chunks in the highlighter it's beautiful. xo

the void *is* rather stark, but it is nice to see you against a more neutral bg sometimes so the subtleties of how you work with color are more apparent (color being relative and all). Idk if that’s your wall or a backdrop, but if it is a backdrop, maybe a soft grey or beige?

Only asking as I’ve seen so many people talking about rephr brushes these days and I couldn’t see anything about it on their website, and I feel like that was the big reason everyone moved the synthetic was because of the animal cruelty surrounding natural hair brushes.

The void is a lot tbh in the way that it's SO stark. BUT I do really focus on the colours! So 50/50 for me. I was SO EXCITED about that lip compact from WA but the colours look too muddy for me on the website but they seemed so bright on you....very torn. I LOVE products that multi-purpose. I would LOVE if you did a segment on "pack your travel make-up bag" and let's be honest a lot of the time it's to our great Aunt Rita's or, yelp, our MILs. I find the multi use products out there marketed as such can be kinda a let down. THANK YOU AS ALWAYS FOR YOUE BEAUTIFUL BRAIN. ❤

I like the clear background but it's migraine bright 😂 plus I'm in hurricane debs path and it's very dark and wet in NC. sending ❤

It does feel quite bright and cold to me. It's a bit hard to focus my eyes on her. I prefer a less sterile background, personally.

I use highlighter as much as blush because I use it as an all over eye shade all the time!
I use the back end of my tweezers to open compacts that stick for me.
