I recently purchased their foundation and I love it. One of my favorites! I have not had any issues with longevity. After about 6 hours or so, I feel like that is when the foundation looks the best.

It's all about the ingredients for me too. The blushes, lit sticks, and fully loaded compacts are by far the best things worth your money.

i have been using a number of Westman Atelier products sense they were released & they are definitely some of my favorites. the highlighter in Nectar i can’t live without, along with the blush sticks. Gucci’s lip products are beautiful as well, in fact i have to say my least favorite product is the foundation. i just can’t get it to work. beautiful presentation & outstanding products for the most part. thank you for the honest review 💖

Lisa, you have to try their super loaded tinted highlight in Peau de Rose. It is SO gorgeous, kind of knocked my socks off. It has the most unique texture. Feels like a hybrid between powder and crème, and this color is TDF, it’s like a soft rose gold! My skin is light and combination. Let us know if you try it!!!
For me I love this line. I don’t apply foundation everywhere so this really works for me and it’s super quick to look put together. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the eye pods. Westman suggests using the white shadow first to make the other shade pop.
I agree that you need to use this product minimally, not all over your face. I think it is perfection and lasts all day for me. The stick lasts a long, long time making the price very reasonable. Love it!!

The WA serum in the rollerball dispenser is a game-changer! Two weeks in, and my sensitive skin is already smoother, forehead and eye area lines reduced, and texture and pigmentation more even. It works as a primer, too.
I actually use the foundation as a concealer. I’ve tried other high end concealers and this is the only one that doesn’t cake or blotch in my fine lines and creases. It lasts all day. Wonderful product, as well as the crème blushes and the highlighter is to die for!
Hi Lisa. Guggi says that the eyeshadows have a seal that needs to be broken by rubbing your finger inside until it softens. After i did this the colors definitely intensified.
Hi Lisa ! I have the eyes pod and love them ! I watched the Westman Atelier videos on RUclips . You have to warm up the product with a brush ( not a fluffy brush, I personally use the Westman Atelier brushes) or with your fingers and the result is very beautiful. Have a good day !
I bought their lip suede lipstick in Je Reve and I love it. The formula is amazing. It has a really nice slip and it feels good on the lips the entire time you are wearing it. I find it has good staying power as well. It has a vanilla taste/smell. I have read that it has a peachy hue on some people. It is the perfect pink neutral shade for me and gives a matte, blurred look without making my lips feel dry. I find a lot of neutral pink lipsticks like Charlotte Tilbury's Pillow Talk look brown on me so I was thrilled to find a shade that actually gave me the look I wanted. The packaging is very heavy, magnetic and luxurious. I bought one of the mini blushes in Dou Dou. I find light-colored blushes and highlighters don't show up well on my pale skin so I really like this one because it is a bit darker, but blends so well that I can get the effect I want. I plan to try the contour stick next in Biscuit. Thanks for your review of the other products. It is helpful to see the product being used and to get honest feedback. Sometimes I feel like some beauty bloggers love everything they try which makes me distrust their reviews.
Try the highlight stick in nectar and super loaded in peche. Gorgeous. This was a great review. I agree the eye pods are a bit of a miss. The lip palettes are great too.
Yes, the foundation is best for those with drier skin and or not living in a super-humid and hot environment (and that would be me, so I love it). The cream contour is the best cream contour I've ever used -- a must have. The shadows I've never used -- the reviews have kept me from getting them, but I'm still curious to try them. The powder bronzer... omg... the best. My #1 now. The blushes are fantastic -- so natural. You should try the Superloaded Highlighter (truly a bronzer, and the rose one is more blush-like) in the pêche. Also the highlighter Lit sticks are awesome under or over foundation. They impart a glow that is amazing!
Can't wait to see what you try next! The lip palettes are very cool, too. I have the 'rouge' and the 'bordeaux'. The 'nudes' are thin and kind of 'just not there'. The palettes are all about blushing your lip with them, or you can go full on with a brush. They are a satin matte stain to near full coverage depending on application. Best over just a touch of balm.
About a yr ago I went crazy & bought a lot of the WA products…. I agree the Foundation sticks I just Don’t Love & I have dry skin…. I do really like the Blush sticks too, & the Nectar Highlight stick, also Peau de Peche is pretty, have to go lightly w/ the Butter Bronzer, also have the same eye pods & best applied w/ fingers but I agree the White is too White I use in inner corner sometimes, I also have the Biscuit contour stick which I will try again after watching u apply, I’ve also watched All of Gucci’s tutorials on how she applies all her products …. Thanks for your review! I was at sephora earlier today and i have a wishlist for this brand. Definitely a must save up for this brand cuz the price is very for lux and high end make up. I love the bronzer & i would love the blush stick, lip stick, & foundation stick as well as the contour stick. Might as well throw in the highlight stick too. Gonna save up for this brand!
I love the Biscuit contour and Petal blush. I also love the Highlight in Lit. I highly recommend the mini trio of all 3 if it’s still available. A great more affordable way to try all 3. The only downside is they are not magnetic. My regular sized creams went rancid after a year so the minis are more practical as well.

I know this video is old, but thought I’d ask if you tried again but using her pressed powder that was released later? I had the same longevity issues as you using the Vital Skin Foundation Stick! I loved the ingredients and how it never settled in my fine lines, but it didn’t last long on my skin! Since my skin suddenly began reacting to foundations I’d worn before without problems in my early 40s, I’d really wanted it to work! My search for more “natural” foundations that performed well was expensive and difficult, and it’s how I found Westman Atelier. It’s also why I was determined to find a way that it could work for me! I was excited to hear about the powder, and once I got over the “sticker shock”, I ordered it. I hoped it’d solve the longevity problem, but not accentuate any fine lines like most powders do! Honestly, I was surprised by how well it worked with the foundation! I had that same natural look, but it stayed my skin. No fine lines showed up since it’s so finely milled. Between that and how concentrated it is, VERY little is needed. You don’t want to use it like a normal powder - after 6 months of daily use it looks almost untouched! Side note here about the quality of these products…as a lifetime skincare fanatic, I NEVER slept with makeup on. But, this summer my parents had some serious health issues and mom was admitted to the hospital twice straight from the ER. I don’t leave them alone in the hospital, so I had on a full face of makeup on, but nothing packed, definitely not my skincare! The stress, worry, and exhaustion of running on very little sleep was hard. When I realized I hadn’t actually washed my makeup off for over 2 days? I was prepared to pay for it! But, my skin looked even better afterwards! I never believe any claims made by makeup companies, but I personally found this brand to be both makeup and skincare! I was also one who thought it seemed ridiculous to pay so much for a foundation made to work best if 2 shades are used! I have changed my mind on that as well! My olive toned skin tans very easily, but using SPF daily? I haven’t been in the “tan” range since the 90s! It’s almost impossible to find light or light-medium shades made for olive toned skin! I’d gotten 1 stick to test on my skin, but ordered 2 more shades to choose between. I never got to return one, and while it is pricey? Adjusting between shades and how much I use of each means I have the right shade year round!

I agree. I think these are the best blushes I’ve ever tried. I bought couchette and loved it so much I went back and got shade doudou which is more of a pop but gorgeous. I have the highlighter stick in nectar and don’t love that it doesn’t set down and stays tacky. I do love the highlighter in peau de peche (almost as much as their blushes). Can’t wait to see more reviews.
I bought their trio set (highlighter, bronzer, and blush) during the Sephora savings event, and they are such beautiful products! It makes for a natural, glowing look that takes no time!

I recently tried Westman Atelier Face Trace Contour Stick (Biscuit) and loved the mini size (Petite) Westman Atelier Baby Cheeks Blush Stick (Petal). I will probably try more of the brand.
I have the foundation, blush and bronzer and I love them. I live in Perth Australia so the summers are hot so I need something that stays well and this does it for me. I had an in-store test and the person who helped me told me that the foundation only goes on where you need it. It’s pricey but I’m happy to pay more - especially when it’s a vegan brand.
I am with you on the blush! I am 37 years old and have worn makeup since I was 11 or 12. So I’ve tried probably hundreds of blushes over the years. The WA petal blush stick is THE BEST BLUSH I have ever used.

Hi Lisa, I’ve finally had the time to sit and watch your video on this brand, it gets a lot of hype here in Australia 🇦🇺 from some but the cost is a lot more than what you payed for it…for example, the Baby Cheeks blushes are $68.00 each, Butter Bronzer is $107.00, the Contour stick is $68.00, the eyepods are $125.00 and the foundation that I was interested in is $97.00, which I won’t be purchasing after your review of it, I think the only product that I’d splurge on is the Cream Blush, I don’t really do any contouring lol for my age and I quite like the CT bronzer which will last me Forever lol 😂. The blush in Duo Duo is so pretty and Bichette is unbelievable! My favorite product is "super loaded tinted highlighter" in the color Peau De Peche with the contour stick it is just amazing! Your brushes work SO well with that product. I can't wait for Angi's concealer brush to come out alone. I have all your other ones! Hands down the best eye pod shade is Tabac and it is available as a single ! I also only recommend with a finger and I think she has a brush that is supposed to be especially for these shadows but I don’t have that . I really like the shadows I think they are good for textured eyelids but am also interested in the blush and contour ! They had a gift set available for 🎄 but I hesitated it was gone sooo fast .

The first product I bought from WA was their Minette blush and I loved it!! Michele Wang opened my eyes to this brand. Since then I have bought the Petal blush...love it and somtimes wear it together with Minette. I have tried the blushes as lipstick but for me I need a little more pigment/color so I tend not to use them for lip color. I too love the contour shade biscuit and use it also as a one and done eye shadow. The highlighter stick in nectar is lovely and I can see that being used on the eyes as well. I have the same feeling about the foundation stick...it is just ok. Possibly not the right color for me as well. I am a fan of stick foundations and I'd love you to do an Hourglass or Vapour video. The foundation stick is emollient and nice for dry skin and under the eyes. If you love a bright pink blush, Poppet is nice and can be sheered out. Anxious to try the butter bronzer. Great review!

The blush and contour look nice, but I’ve got to say, as far as the other products, I feel I can get the same from other lines, like Mercier, Tarte, Hourglass and save some money 😀
Thank you for the thoughtful review. I do love WA (the blush, Lit) but I use complexion drops instead of the foundation stick and for me it goes on perfectly and looks natural all day (I only use 2…maybe 3 for at night and blend with a foundation brush I bought at Nordstrom Rack).
Love the blushes! I love the Butter Bronzer, but it does feel a little heavy sometimes and the fragrance can be a lot (I know that’s why some people love it) I may try the bronzer for a clean version of the Butter. Thanks for the review!

It just makes my lips look healthy and my lips but better. I encourage you to try them. After this video, I think I will give the blush sticks a try
You shared, Lisa, that you’d wear the bronzer in that heavy compact daily and the biscuit contour stick (which comes in a mini) not every day. (Did I get that right?) I am more interested in the ‘every day’ products. Also, there are rave reviews about the Lit Up Glow Highlighter Stick (which shows wet on the skin) and the Super Loaded Cream Highlighter (which is pricey); I’d welcome hearing more about those. I am a WA devotee and have every product in every color (except the foundation and contour - I just use my shades of those). I enjoy all of them. I am very fair so the sheer nature of the eye colors is perfect for me. I use the Brulee Lit-up stick as a bronze lipgloss. I use the other 3 as highlighters or lipgloss depending upon the tone I want on cheeks or lips. I also use the original “Lit” shade UNDER the foundation as a primer. I love the lip products, especially the gloss in Garçonne which is a natural rosy-brown-nude. Also enjoy the mascara. No itching or flaking. Happy camper.
I agree, the foundation and eyeshadows are so so . However, I do love their blushes and their highlighter sticks. I also really like her lipsticks (the ones in the round component). The colors are beautiful and the component feels super lux.

BUT it is an excellent one and done for the eyes on days where you just want a quick swipe for a little definition. :)

The palettes are all about blushing your lip with them, or you can go full on with a brush. They are a satin matte stain to near full coverage depending on application. Best over just a touch of balm.
About a yr ago I went crazy & bought a lot of the WA products…. I agree the Foundation sticks I just Don’t Love & I have dry skin…. I do really like the Blush sticks too, & the Nectar Highlight stick, also Peau de Peche is pretty, have to go lightly w/ the Butter Bronzer, also have the same eye pods & best applied w/ fingers but I agree the White is too White I use in inner corner sometimes, I also have the Biscuit contour stick which I will try again after watching u apply, I’ve also watched All of Gucci’s tutorials on how she applies all her products …. Enjoyed watching your review of these product

Thanks for your review! I was at sephora earlier today and i have a wishlist for this brand. Definitely a must save up for this brand cuz the price is very for lux and high end make up. I love the bronzer & i would love the blush stick, lip stick, & foundation stick as well as the contour stick. Might as well throw in the highlight stick too. Gonna save up for this brand!
I love the Biscuit contour and Petal blush. I also love the Highlight in Lit. I highly recommend the mini trio of all 3 if it’s still available. A great more affordable way to try all 3. The only downside is they are not magnetic. My regular sized creams went rancid after a year so the minis are more practical as well.

I know this video is old, but thought I’d ask if you tried again but using her pressed powder that was released later? I had the same longevity issues as you using the Vital Skin Foundation Stick! I loved the ingredients and how it never settled in my fine lines, but it didn’t last long on my skin! Since my skin suddenly began reacting to foundations I’d worn before without problems in my early 40s, I’d really wanted it to work! My search for more “natural” foundations that performed well was expensive and difficult, and it’s how I found Westman Atelier. It’s also why I was determined to find a way that it could work for me! I was excited to hear about the powder, and once I got over the “sticker shock”, I ordered it. I hoped it’d solve the longevity problem, but not accentuate any fine lines like most powders do!
Honestly, I was surprised by how well it worked with the foundation! I had that same natural look, but it stayed my skin. No fine lines showed up since it’s so finely milled. Between that and how concentrated it is, VERY little is needed. You don’t want to use it like a normal powder - after 6 months of daily use it looks almost untouched!
Side note here about the quality of these products…as a lifetime skincare fanatic, I NEVER slept with makeup on. But, this summer my parents had some serious health issues and mom was admitted to the hospital twice straight from the ER. I don’t leave them alone in the hospital, so I had on a full face of makeup on, but nothing packed, definitely not my skincare! The stress, worry, and exhaustion of running on very little sleep was hard. When I realized I hadn’t actually washed my makeup off for over 2 days? I was prepared to pay for it! But, my skin looked even better afterwards! I never believe any claims made by makeup companies, but I personally found this brand to be both makeup and skincare!
I was also one who thought it seemed ridiculous to pay so much for a foundation made to work best if 2 shades are used! I have changed my mind on that as well! My olive toned skin tans very easily, but using SPF daily? I haven’t been in the “tan” range since the 90s! It’s almost impossible to find light or light-medium shades made for olive toned skin! I’d gotten 1 stick to test on my skin, but ordered 2 more shades to choose between. I never got to return one, and while it is pricey? Adjusting between shades and how much I use of each means I have the right shade year round!

I agree. I think these are the best blushes I’ve ever tried. I bought couchette and loved it so much I went back and got shade doudou which is more of a pop but gorgeous. I have the highlighter stick in nectar and don’t love that it doesn’t set down and stays tacky. I do love the highlighter in peau de peche (almost as much as their blushes). Can’t wait to see more reviews.

I have the foundation, blush and bronzer and I love them. I live in Perth Australia so the summers are hot so I need something that stays well and this does it for me. I had an in-store test and the person who helped me told me that the foundation only goes on where you need it. It’s pricey but I’m happy to pay more - especially when it’s a vegan brand.
I am with you on the blush! I am 37 years old and have worn makeup since I was 11 or 12. So I’ve tried probably hundreds of blushes over the years. The WA petal blush stick is THE BEST BLUSH I have ever used.

Hi Lisa, I’ve finally had the time to sit and watch your video on this brand, it gets a lot of hype here in Australia 🇦🇺 from some but the cost is a lot more than what you payed for it…for example, the Baby Cheeks blushes are $68.00 each, Butter Bronzer is $107.00, the Contour stick is $68.00, the eyepods are $125.00 and the foundation that I was interested in is $97.00, which I won’t be purchasing after your review of it, I think the only product that I’d splurge on is the Cream Blush, I don’t really do any contouring lol for my age and I quite like the CT bronzer which will last me Forever lol 😂. Hi Lisa, I love Westman Atelier products! I'm with you about the foundation I can never make it look good. Here are a few products you should try. The blush in Duo Duo is so pretty and Bichette is unbelievable! My favorite product is "super loaded tinted highlighter" in the color Peau De Peche with the contour stick it is just amazing! Your brushes work SO well with that product. I can't wait for Angi's concealer brush to come out alone. I have all your other ones! Hands down the best eye pod shade is Tabac and it is available as a single ! I also only recommend with a finger and I think she has a brush that is supposed to be especially for these shadows but I don’t have that . I really like the shadows I think they are good for textured eyelids but am also interested in the blush and contour ! They had a gift set available for 🎄 but I hesitated it was gone sooo fast .

The first product I bought from WA was their Minette blush and I loved it!! Michele Wang opened my eyes to this brand. Since then I have bought the Petal blush...love it and somtimes wear it together with Minette. I have tried the blushes as lipstick but for me I need a little more pigment/color so I tend not to use them for lip color. I too love the contour shade biscuit and use it also as a one and done eye shadow. The highlighter stick in nectar is lovely and I can see that being used on the eyes as well. I have the same feeling about the foundation stick...it is just ok. Possibly not the right color for me as well. I am a fan of stick foundations and I'd love you to do an Hourglass or Vapour video. The foundation stick is emollient and nice for dry skin and under the eyes. If you love a bright pink blush, Poppet is nice and can be sheered out. Anxious to try the butter bronzer. Great review!

Thank you for the thoughtful review. I do love WA (the blush, Lit) but I use complexion drops instead of the foundation stick and for me it goes on perfectly and looks natural all day (I only use 2…maybe 3 for at night and blend with a foundation brush I bought at Nordstrom Rack).

Love the blushes! I love the Butter Bronzer, but it does feel a little heavy sometimes and the fragrance can be a lot (I know that’s why some people love it) I may try the bronzer for a clean version of the Butter. Thanks for the review!

It just makes my lips look healthy and my lips but better. I encourage you to try them. After this video, I think I will give the blush sticks a try

You shared, Lisa, that you’d wear the bronzer in that heavy compact daily and the biscuit contour stick (which comes in a mini) not every day. (Did I get that right?) I am more interested in the ‘every day’ products. Also, there are rave reviews about the Lit Up Glow Highlighter Stick (which shows wet on the skin) and the Super Loaded Cream Highlighter (which is pricey); I’d welcome hearing more about those. I am a WA devotee and have every product in every color (except the foundation and contour - I just use my shades of those). I enjoy all of them. I am very fair so the sheer nature of the eye colors is perfect for me. I use the Brulee Lit-up stick as a bronze lipgloss. I use the other 3 as highlighters or lipgloss depending upon the tone I want on cheeks or lips. I also use the original “Lit” shade UNDER the foundation as a primer. I love the lip products, especially the gloss in Garçonne which is a natural rosy-brown-nude. Also enjoy the mascara. No itching or flaking. Happy camper.
Even the white color in the eyeshadow set mentioned is sheer enough for my fair skin 😀
I agree, the foundation and eyeshadows are so so . However, I do love their blushes and their highlighter sticks. I also really like her lipsticks (the ones in the round component). The colors are beautiful and the component feels super lux.

Thank you for this honest review Lisa. I have tried a few products. The blushes are my favourite as well. I did buy the contour in biscuit, and while its a great colour, I am usually too lazy! BUT it is an excellent one and done for the eyes on days where you just want a quick swipe for a little definition. :)
