Not really a product, but dropping in to say that one of my new Top Shelf items is the cool neutral makeup color card you put out. I use it every time I’m looking at new products. Thank you for doing all of that work for us!!! It is absolutely appreciated!
Have you ever done a video addressing how neutral/warm toned people can adapt makeup shades as hair goes gray? The skin tone is mostly the same (though even that can change a bit with age), but hair and brows are much less warm and now there’s a constant cool accessory. This obviously isn’t your phase of life, but I would value your thoughts.
My dehydrated skin loves the Patrick Ta foundation and Lisa’s skin tint in the new shade 1.5 is the first time I found a PERFECT match for my pale 🫒 skin. Loving your picks here
Question... Idea... thinking of your Momma, Im 56, could you possibly one day do a video on makeup you recommend specifically for mature faces!🙂 Just thought I'd ask.. so many things youve recommended have worked beautifully for my mature skin! Thank you, Kackie!❤️🥰💄💋👑
The Lisa Eldridge skin tint! I've worn it through some very challenging days and it's so easy to throw on just with your fingers. I usually go for brushes but I refuse to waist even a drop of this stuff! Lisa suggests starting with 2 drops but I'm having a bout of rosacea and use much more but stays absolutely weightless and it's impossible to tell I'm wearing makeup. This is also the only thing I can wear as concealer without it separating, drying up and looking flaky on my weird as hell undereye area. I'm only 40 but I swear, even if my undereye looks decent it's so hard to wear any concealer because it creases so much but also looks horribly dry. Lisa's skin tint is the only thing that really works!
@@kackie ha! people love their categories. BTW this has been one of the worst weeks of my life and some of the only things I've been able to watch include you and Nikki La Rose. Thank you. no pressure lol.
I didn't want to because of the price, but I LOVE the Tom Ford concealer. it is so so good for my dry undereyes, and you really only need a tiny bit. For reference, I'm 43, very dry, tight skin. I specifically wash my face and apply skincare for the moisture. I think I produce none of my own at this point in my life. I also, of course, have a few lines and a slight bit of crepey skin at this point, and it doesn't accentuate that or settle.
Many thanks for your code for Allies of Skin in your last video (I think 🤔)!! Can't wait to get the Multi Peptide Serum this week. I read up on the founder's story, which is so moving. He is a true alchemist, in every sense. And you are a treasure. 🥰
I think I might have found my holy grail moisturizer recently: Oil of Olay, the original formula lotion...available for about $5 for 4 ounces at every Walmart in the land, it is truly wonderful stuff. It's ok to laugh.
The Lancôme bronzer formula is insane its feels like a cream even more so than the Ysl😊 Also the shades are more neutral warm like W.A but bigger pan size.
I think you just solved my pilling problem! I didnt snap to that Eadem spray is only new thing Ive added to my routine! Well thats upsetting. 😢 Im so with you on the Rhode glazing milk! I love that stuff! ❤ Love your videos!
For your contour video...what about the title "Color Theory Behind Face Sculpting" or something along those lines to explain how different colors can shade or illuminate (hi tom ford!) the face.
Seconding this, with no places close by to try anything and no returns policy online ordering direct have kept me from buying anything, I think I can accurately get a skin tint now from HLP showing it on her paleness but may still wait for a sale because of prices plus shipping
I just buy on her website. $6 for shipping is pretty reasonable and her orders arrive so FAST that it’s worth it to me. Like 2 days from the UK and I’m in the mountains in Colorado, Sephora isn’t even that fast for me and I have their 2 day shipping subscription.
Powders don’t expire if they don’t have oils in them. If there is added jojoba or squalene etc, then they last maybe a year or two after the package says but it can still cause irritation because the oils went rancid.
I would love a temperature video! I am getting so confused about what "warm" and "cool" mean. With color seasons it seems like red is nothing, blue is cool, and yellow is warm. With hair, red and yellow are warm and blue is cool. But if blue is in red it's cool (maybe because it's darker, the blue dominates). With makeup I'm lost. Yellow undertones are warm, but red undertones are cool. Is this because people with more red undertones have more blue than someone with yellow undertones? This is just not making sense. Why can't we just refer to the three primary colors to divide how things lean, instead of trying to divide everything into two categories that don't make sense. Hoping you can help clear things up for me!!!

I wasn't lurking YT in hopes of catching this vid before I finished my coffee.. Good morning!
😜

That's actually a really cool concept
@ Kackie in a gray wig? That would be hilarious.
I can;t wait for the new vid! I use chanel stick under my eyes to rehydrate my set concealer when it looks or feels too dry. I use sculpting colour

Ooo - excited to hear about the Dcypher foundation..
I love the Top Shelf episodes. And I can’t stop wearing the Kackie lip duo. For anyone who’s wondering… it’s phenomenal.
🥰🥰🥰

love this idea!
@kimhoffman433 I hope she'll do it.
thank you - I always learn so much from your videos
Great vid, as always ❤ Could you please give us the link to your shirt? Your style resp. outfits are so inspiring for my office wardrobe!

I’m so excited you tried Dcypher!!!
Love your top shelf! Will we see your annual declutter? :)
Idk they dont perform that well I assumed no one wanted them anymore 😅
The Merit Flush Balm is a beautiful product...I have Cheeky and I'm getting Bespoke and Archival.
Good points. Westman Atelier biscuit looks like a bronzer on me.
When I first reviewed it in 2019, I got so much snark in my comments because I called it a bronzer, when it's sold as a contour 😂

I’m 32, but my under eyes put me in the “older” group in that the Givenchy concealer will not work for me 😂

Kackie posted!! Yay :)
🥰🥰🥰
Shimmer is absolutely the cherry on top!
so sorry to catch this as soon as it uploaded!!! 🥰🥰🥰
Tom Ford uwu! This is why I follow you, snorted into my coffee 😂
Anxiously awaiting your thoughts on the MUFE skin tint! I’ve been scouring the web for a week but still so few videos/reviews!
I think I might have found my holy grail moisturizer recently: Oil of Olay, the original formula lotion...available for about $5 for 4 ounces at every Walmart in the land, it is truly wonderful stuff. It's ok to laugh.
What color do you use on Lisa Eldridge skint tint, T2 or T6?

“0. W. 0. Oowoo.” Gave me a giggle 🤭
Could the Armani bronzer be in your bag?
Loved this video, thanks 🌻🪻🌷🪷👏👏🌟
❤️I am getting that chunky ring❤
✨✨✨
I can confirm, I'm 45 and LOVE the givenchy concealer!!! We'll see in 10 years if I still do!?!
SAIL!! 🙀

Thank you! Yeah the eadem is such a shame!!

For me, the Dior contour stick works as a bronzer😂😂😂
I’m sure I missed it in an earlier video, but does anyone here know the best method of buying Lisa Eldridge in the states (re: shipping costs)?
