I wish I had seen them, too. But they were done touring in the states when I was 15 and I wasn't even listening to them then. I came to them years later, but I did see Morrissey more than a few times live, too. Thanks for commenting. :)

Nice stuff. The Smiths are my fav band, without question. I did a ranking of all Smiths tracks on my channel, but I have to say that I would change some of the order now. Also, I picked up some 12" singles after I did the videos, which was a case of bad timing 😔

I keep thinking that I will stick to trying to find the missing 12" singles in the wild, but it has proven difficult for sure. I'm going to peruse your channel for your Smiths ranking right now. Thanks for watching, it's always appreciated.

Thanks for the video, I stumbled upon your channel today and I've really enjoyed hearing your take on things. I was a Smiths / Morrissey obsessive as well, and have a large collection including all (or almost all) original Smiths Rough Trade UK releases (12-inch and LP's, maybe a few 7-inchers as well), Morrissey's "Education In Reverse" LP (original title of Viva Hate before they changed the title at the last minute, released only in Austrailia), and the majority of 12-inch Moz singles and many of the UK LP's (like you, I went majorly to CD's after a certain point, although I still bought a lot of vinyl too). Anyway, you seem cool and have good taste in music, enjoyed watching the videos!

Thanks so much , those are kind words. Now you have me really hoping that you have made or about to make a video sharing those great Smiths/Morrissey albums and singles.

Great video and that is an impressive collection. Admittedly I had never been a Smiths or Morrissey fan...until recently. With so much exposure in the vc and by channels I really reapect I've been warming to them. I now have two of their lp's in my wish list. I know that's not exactly collector status, but it's a start. I do have the smiths in my apple music playlist however. Enjoyed your trip through your collection. Cheers! 🍻✌️

They always struck me as a band that anyone can, if they're willing to listen, will find a few songs to love. Thanks so much for the kind words, I'm going to check your channel and sub for sure.

Always loved Louder than Bombs, the CD rarely ever leaves my car disk player

Hard to beat that one, for sure. I just reached for that cd at my desk after reading this and thought to myself, "I bet that little bastard has had my cd for years" , lo and behold....an empty cd case. I'm glad you've enjoyed it, kid. Love, Dad.

I grew up with The Smiths in my high school years in the mid 80s. Never got to see them Live unfortunately. Other than Suedehead I don't have any other Morrissey solo stuff. Hatful of Hollow is an excellent record. Those are worth a few bucks these days. You have some duplicates which is impressive. Louder Than Bombs is a very good compilation too. I have a copy of Rank on compact disc and the sound quality was always sort of "tinny" to me. That is a cool concert program. We lived in Huntington Beach for 5 years in the mid 00's and I was very surprised at how many Smiths fan were living around there. Why were people rioting at those shows?

Well, the Morrissey show in particular at the Pauley Pavillion - from what I can remember is that he wasn't happy with the sound, altho I thought it was great. He just kinda bitched out loud a few times and walked off The PA announcer after a few minutes said that the show was over. I think he only did like 6-8 songs, maybe half a concert. People started getting pissed and next thing you know, shit's flying around and stands are turned over and the copss rush in and start doing their thing. we had to scuttle out of there real quick or get crushed. It was wild.
