Loved that as much as you did I think Ryan. For sure you lucked out with the weather providing an easy trail and incredible views. I agree gotta go slow over them rock sections. Any arrogance is likely to get you in trouble. A great dip in the lake there - I can imagine how mellow that was. Well, I trust you got your apartment - look forward to the next upload. Mark
It was such an incredible day of hiking Mark, it looked good on camera but in real life it was breathtaking. Definitely the best overall day of beauty on the whole Hexatrek 😊 I will definitely be going back to the Pyrenees at some point, lots more to explore. I’m currently staying in North Wales for a month doing a house sit. Lots of snow here at the moment. Exploring a bit of Snowdonia in the winter is fun. How’s the weather where you are?
@@RyansNextAdventure Alright Ryan - good to hear of the vibes of the Pyranees mate. It's a special area I reckon. See you back there. Snowdonia in the snow? Nice! Gave a good one. Here, cold but no snow - up the Black Mountain last night - lucky to come down with my balls. Ha ha! Take care.
😂 yeh it’s a bit nippy at the moment. I climbed up Glyder Fawr a fews days ago and it was -15 wind chill at the top. I descended pretty quick, a lot of fun though. It’s nice to see the mountains in the winter.
@@RyansNextAdventure Now that is cold. You'd loose more than your balls. Ha ha! For me it was a minus 8 last night. Just about slept though it with the bag I had. For sure nice to see the mountains in winter.
I was using the Hexatrek app to plan my next resupply points, and I was also checking discord for information. Some shops were closed so I always bought a bit extra food when resupplying. There are some big sections between shops. I had to catch a bus in Andorra and headed to the nearest town, where I resupplied for 7 days. That was the most I had to carry, most of the resupplys were for 3-5 days. There were other opportunities to leave the trail and catch a bus to shops but I only did this once. There were also some mountain refuges open which had some food available. The Hexatrek does head through a lot of the little towns aswell. But overall it wasn’t too bad at all.
Great stuff Ryan! Néouvielle was definitely one of my favourite parts of the trail!
It was so beautiful, I was just in awe all day as I hiked through it. Very special 😊
Absolutely breathtaking: can't wait for the weather to improve so I can go hiking again!
Mate! Another magical days hiking! Looking forward to going back and doing it.
You will love it, this whole day was so magical.
Stunning scenery Ryan. Wishing you a happy Christmas and an adventurous 2024!
Thanks John, you to. Lots of adventures planned for 2024 😊
Wow. Stunning!
It was unbelievably beautiful, I was just in awe all day at the beauty. A perfect day of hiking 😊

Just liked and subbed. You do some interesting stuff, fair play.
Much appreciated 👍🏼 and thanks for watching.
Hi, how did you go with organizing food. Were the Pyrenees difficult to restock on supplies?
