Hi Lauren, Thanks for the video, I found it really helpful. I've got a question about the case study: what volume do you recommend it be at? I don't know why, but some clients unfortunately don't read them at all or say it's too long...😅
I would say to keep it with just a few paragraphs so that the potential client gets a sense of your process. A lot of serious clients will read it as long as it is not overwhelmingly long. I have just a paragraph at the top and then one throughout. You can get a sense of what I have found works here: www.principiumstudio.com/climbon/
