Thank you Brandy, I love your videos they are so helpful and they get me excited to make card I have the water color pencils now I know how to use them the right way.. Love these helpful videos..
Thank you so much for doing this video! I’ve never tried the pencils before, but I’m going to order them! They’re gorgeous, and I love how you’re showing how to use them! I really appreciate your tutorials!
Love the class. Can you clean your blender pen on the shimmy? Can you blend two colors together using the blender pen? Is it best to use a pencil sharpener like you would use in school or an electric one to sharpen your pencils..
So glad you enjoyed this, Susan! I believe you could clean the blender pen on the shammy. Blending 2 colors with the blender pen might be tricky--it would depend on what colors you wanted to blend--the blender pen may pick up one color and rather than 'blend' it might bleed over too much into another color. It would be better to use watercolor pencils to layer your 2 colors and then use the blender pen over that. You can use whatever pencil sharpener you have on hand and prefer!
You could try that--if your colors are light or pastels the aqua painter may 'wash it out' too much. Honestly, just try it and see if you like the look--it's just a little paper and color to test it out and see if you like it!
Question: Besides the catalog, is there a color chart available that is more portable? Single sheet or perhaps color chips to make easier decisions on that perfect base card & mat color?
Really enjoyed all of your tips for using the watercolor pencils, water painters and blender pens. Thanks for sharing these techniques with us.

Hi Marsha, You can not refill a Blender Pen or a Stampin Blend. The only marker you can refill is a Stampin Write Marker. Hope that helps

Can you use an aqua painter after the blender pen to get the wash look?
You could try that--if your colors are light or pastels the aqua painter may 'wash it out' too much. Honestly, just try it and see if you like the look--it's just a little paper and color to test it out and see if you like it!
Hi Brandy!

I didn't know they were water colored pencils
