I love my Stamparatus! I chose it after doing a LOT of research, watching comparison videos of the different options. It won out over the others because of the features and the price. It comes with a learning curve, though. I was initially frustrated with it and wanted to give it the old heave-ho, but others also struggled with these things and posted videos with solutions. If you struggle with these things, hopefully these tips will help. Struggle 1) You can't always butt the corner of your paper into the corner of the platform, to help ensure solid placement when restamping, because it doesn't stamp well near the hinges. (Ask me how I know.😃) I tried moving the paper away from the edges and relying on the magnets to hold the paper in the exact same place, but if your stamps are newer and therefore stickier, the paper moves despite the magnets (as seen in the video). Brandy did a great job getting her paper back exactly where she wanted, but not all of us are as fortunate and need some help. The work around I do instead is use double-sided sticky grid sheets. Ideally, you shouldn't have to create a work around, but those are a charm. Reuseable loads of times and a complete game changer for me! Struggle 2) The hinges are pretty loose. They kind of have to be, to allow for the options they provide in moving the plates up and down, or flipping them around, but I struggled with precise restamping to get a better image because the plate moves around due to that looseness. It was never off by much, but when you are dealing with fine lines and such, it doesn't have to be off by much to make it look blurry and awful. But there's an easy, free hack for that, too!! I just pull the plate tight when I am moving it down to stamp. That keeps it from wiggling around and potentially being off. Sounds like a pain, but I quickly got in the habit of doing that and it's made a HUGE difference. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Stamparatus now. I was ready to give up on it till I did those tricks. I recently bought the new deluxe foam insert with the grid so the sticky grid sticks better now, too. I'd much rather do that than fork out the $$$ for the super expensive competition. Plus I do love all the options with the Stamparatus. Sharing this not as a complaint, but to provide easy solutions to others who may encounter the same issues. (I'm not a Stampin' Up seller, I should add...I bought this platform only after a lot of research.)
Wasn't able to watch this LIVE last night but I was able to watch today at lunchtime. LOVE-LOVE-LOVE these techniques. Thank you for the demonstration.
Hi Brandy. I loved your demonstration ... and I have had mine for a couple of years now. They are also good for repetitive stamping. I love to stamp the flaps of my Christmas card envelopes. So I can position my stamp right where I want it, stamp and repeat until all my envelopes are done. I love my stamparatus and wouldn't be without it. ♥️ Thanks so much. ♥️😊
I’m not sure if anyone else mentioned it, this makes stamping much easier for some of us older stampers. Once you position it you don’t have to watch for shaky hands, as you showed you can easily restamp if it needs it and it doesn’t take a lot of pressure so doing multiple cards isn’t as tiring. Thank you for all your videos.
I have about 4 other bands of stamp positioners and I’ve never used them. So I decided I didn’t need the stamparatus even though my friend raves about hers. After your video I think I need this one! I like all three ideas you showed, especially the step up (happy, happy, happy birthday). I just placed an order so I need to wait until next month. The waiting will be hard on me because I want to try these techniques!!! I is great that you had input for the design. When non-stampers design something it doesn’t always translate into user friendly tools for the stamping community.
I'm so happy Stampin Up has come out with this tool. The L-shaped tool with the clear window sheet way of lining up stamps (to restamp) was not alway easy to use. Thank you for showing all the ways to use this tool. It's a must have tool...I use it all the time and your video has made me realize that I could be using it in ways I didn't know I could do! Love your videos, Brandy!!
Thank you so much for sharing the Stamparatus! I love mine too because I create multiple cards for various events including Christmas. The stamparatus makes it easy to create "identical" cards when I am making my 75-100 Christmas cards yearly! 💕 🇨🇦 Every card is identical; each shape is in the same spot, making it very easy to complete each stamping part of the card 😘
Impressive, you make stamping look easy & fun to do........ definitely learned a new tip with the silicone Matt & Mirroring, plus the deluxe foam grid Matt....... Thanks for always being happy with lots of motivation.......I learn sooo much from your video’s and appreciate all the Happy Mail you send to me........StayBlessed 👍🏻💕🐾🌹
I tried the reverse stamping for the first time, it has always seemed a bit intimidating. It is so easy with a stamping platform! You have opened a new dimension of stamping for me!
I do not own a STAMPARATUS but the open sides are a genius idea, It would be so very easy to stamp on a family news letter and personalize it. Brilliant breakdown of all the advantages of buying one.🇨🇦. (Mary)
Thank you Brandy for your video and showing your tricks and techniques. I watched it on the replay because I’ve been working and very busy this week. Thanks again. I have to get myself a Stamperatus. 😊
Brandy, I thought I knew pretty much everything about the Stamparatus, but you showed me some things I DIDN'T know! It just goes to show that no matter how long you've been stamping, there are always new things to learn. Thanks for sharing!
OMG This tool is amazing. I am still stamping with clear blocks which is hard sometimes with the two step stamping. Really loved how you could take the Stamperatus plate of and move it down a notch to stamp under the happy word. The mirror stamping is amazing. Would love one of these with my craft supplies.🙂
That's the first time I've seen the mirror technique done on the stamparatus. Was trying to figure out at first, why you were stamping on your silicone craft sheet. Now I know why! That is a great technique! Kathy Varga
Hello, merci beaucoup pour ce tuto d’utilisation sur le Stamparatus, je souhaite me l’acheter et je crois que votre vidéo m’a convaincue 😜😜. Kisses from France 🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷, Stephanie
I have 4 stamp positioners and haven’t used them. So I decided i didn’t need the stamparatus even though my friend raves about hers. I decided I need this one after all. I just ordered so I need to wait until next month to order. It is great that you had input into this tool. Sometimes when non-stamper’s design tools for the stamping community they don’t translate to user friendly tools for stampers.
I enjoyed this review of the stamparatus. I don't use it enough but now see how beneficial it could be for making multiple cards. I have never tried to the mirroring technique and now I must. I have gotten the magnets close and then could never get them apart unless broken. Needless to say, I had to buy more. The tip for the washi tape is a great idea and I will try that. Thank you for sharing your creative ideas.
Am watching each video and always learn something new. Using this tool makes stamping rise to another level. Thank you for clear instructions/demonstrations
I have been deciding to get the stamparatus since it first came out. I did not know how many ways it would be useful. The reverse stamping got me. This is will be put on my July order list for sure. Thank you for taking the time to show us how to us it.. Have a Butterfly Day!

Hello Brandy, and a hello to Amanda, I love how you did the mirroring technique, I have done it with packaging plastic and sometimes it works and sometimes it don’t, I am going to do the way that you did, so thanks for all the good tips and tricks.
Omg. Loved this video. It was so helpful. I never really understood all the different things you could do with this. I'm definitely putting this on my wish list.

Thank you for showing us the stamperatus. I love the different ways you can stamp a lot of cards to send out. If I don't win I am going to have to purchase one.
As a person new to card craft, it's all so overwhelming. But you make it sound fun and simple. I can hardly wait to get started with the Stamparatus. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
As a fairly new stamper, I didn't think I would have a need for the stamparatus. But my demonstrator urged me to get one and I use it almost with every card.
Thank you so much for this video. I just started stamping up before Christmas and I am trying to decide on the best products to buy first. I really do like this product now that I’ve seen all that it can do to help me create. I really Love All of your videos. Thank you again.
