Note: The Mojave has a 4:10 gear ration in 2H, same as the Rubicon. Mojave has a 2.72 gear ratio when in 4 Low, while the Rubicon has a 4:00. So when you’d be running the dessert you’d want the lower ratio. Another major plus is the Mojave allows you to lock axels in 4H, while the Rubicon only allows axel locking in 4L. Thanks to everyone who watched!

It has a 2.72 transfer case in 4 low

Not Locking axel’s but only rear axel on the mojave, that you can lock.

The Mojave can go pretty fast in 4L. Can also use the rear locker in 4H. The other models can't. :) Love the Mojave!!! nice video

Note: Rubicon comes with 4:10 also....
    Good video!

You’re are right! Thanks for catching that! The only major difference is when in 4 Low the Mojave has a 2:72 while the Rubicon has a 4:00. Fun fact: the Mojave lets you lock the axles in 4H, while the Rubicon only lets you lock axels in 4L! Thanks for watching the video!

Really good video. I just restarted my channel and this is very close to what I want to put out there for people to enjoy. Not all of us are rock crawlers so it is so satisfying to see you bombing the trails. Cant wait for the next video. Personally I would love to see more of this truck. I recently bought a 2021 Mojave and 2 weeks and 2k miles later I am completely in love.

      MojaveJT:
Amazing: 2K miles in 2 weeks! I've had mine (Gladiator Rubicon) just over 3 months and am at ~2600 miles presently.

I test drive both the Mojave and the Rubi and I wanted the Mojave.... it's a smoother ride and feels like I'm in a old caddy, just floating lol. So I bought the 2022 Mojave in white. I have a White Maserati, so wanted to match haha. Couldn't be happier with my choice.

@@changinggearsmedia I have been a JEEP guy my whole life. It was my first vehicle and will be my last. I traded my Rubicon JL unlimited for the Mojave as I needed a vehicle to tow my 1976 fully restored CJ5 . In my heart this Gladiator is still a JEEP , just used for different application . Looking forward to many mud holes and log roads !!!! Cheers Gears!!!!

towing capacity is actually 6,000 lbs with the mojave with the max tow and auto transmission, it's 6,500 with the rubicon

hey! I also have a 2021 Mojave. Right off the dealership lot I purchased a s&b cold air intake and it makes it sound a lot more meaty. ran about $350 on extreme terrain.

I did the same, Wanted a Mojave, I chose Gobi. The hood scoop looks better. All options. But I added $10 grand in adding Front and Rear Bumpers, winch, led jeep off-road lights.Put locking hood latches.and a center console safe,so when the door are off I can lock it.like winch controls .$2 grand for the Diamondback bed cover.

Look into the z automotive tazer mini. It does so many useful things including remembering the auto start stop setting so you don't have to turn it off every time.

If you don't love it already, you will very quickly. Especially after even a small lift. For us it's been the space inside the cab. Kind of a bummer. One of our Gladiators has the rear seats removed to hold more camera gear lol.
    Great review!

Only one reason I bought Mojave was due to city roads are too bumpy and construction everywhere. Used to drive lower ground clearance with low profile tire cars and I just can taken it no more. Personal peace of mind.

There are some things you can do to increase the horse power of your Jeep Mojave just as I did to mine.
1st I thought about doing a K&N air induction system.
No need to though, It already has a forced air induction from the factory.
Just invest in the KNN air filter that makes a big difference of around 10 horsepower.
Next I found a computer chip called spitfire.
It adds about 5 points miles per gallon.
Also can add up to 60 horsepower remapping the electronics to the engine.
I did this with my 2021 Jeep Mojave and I noticed a major difference in power.
Don't believe in all the computer chips that are out there.
I had one for my ram 1500 bighorn that did not do anything, and the manufacturer guarantees a lifetime warranty but they will not honor it.
This is why I chose the spit fire chip.
I'm glad I made that choice.
My 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave is pushing around 355 horsepower runs great.
Those simple modifications truly made such a difference in performance, I'm not kidding.
