Exposed LIVE conductors! If you see it, Report it!!!

I have created this video to share with fellow Electricians and home owners to demonstrate that issues such as these, when reported, will be addressed by the Local Distribution Network Operator and they WILL treat the matter very seriously which will result in them attending the property to take care of THEIR equipment as quickly as they can. This is a potentially lethal situation that could easily result in death or serious injury at least.
If you spot it, report it. See it as your good deed for the day. The clients that I do this for are so appreciative and continue to work with me for future requirements because they know that I have their best interest at heart. Why shouldn't any Electrician or tradesman? Clients can't call you if they're dead!!!
