- James McNeal, a 58-year-old former councilmember of the Bothell City Council, was arrested by Seattle police on suspicion of murder Tuesday night in South Seattle.

After seen picture of his family n kids .. i d say..Old man got no life left... his daughter dose wich totaly off but somehow on same level with 20yo kid he killed.might ve have kids and family on her own unliss this monstr came around. his life doesn't deserve to be match for hers. She tried to "unmatch" herself..and got killed..for that.
