I know some of them have PC version, but might still check them due to less space required. Still need to change my CPU cause i7 4790 might not be enough
Actually, aside from the Zelda games, Hogwarts Legacy, the Witcher 3 and Luigi's Mansion 3, your cpu should be fine for the rest. You do need a decent graphics card though.
The Intel system will do a bit better, but honestly, Switch emulation isn't very demanding at all. Both setups will run Tears of the Kingdom with relative ease.
@@n-tertainmentx-tended4760 even if Switch 2 is 4k 60fps or even 120fps...emulaton will allways be the better option on a high end PC. consols have been dead for me since Dolphin
It's a better way to play games/preservation for the future. Problem with native pc ports is that they're bound to windows (some native pc ports don't even run on modern windows). It's easier to play games in another OS via emulation since emulators run natively on many other OS like Linux. What if future windows can't support the games we play to day in the future, or worse, suddenly it becomes a subscription in the future? The only way to play games without being bound to a subscription or a company is thru linux. Keep in mind Game Emulators are Open source, so it can be forked if the current one stops.
@@francisquebachmann7375 My question wasn't about the validity of emulating multi-platform games, but about highlighting them in this particular video.
Don't use Google or Bing. Yandex is a much better search engine when you're looking for roms. Once there, type something like "download breath of the wild switch rom" (example). The first link should lead you to Rutracker.org. It's a torrent site and perfectly safe. You'll need qbittorrent to download the roms.
My specs are:
- 9th-gen i5 cpu
- 32 Gb RAM
- 1080 Nvidia gpu
Ryujinx loves all the Ram 🤣

Grid Autosport running at 30fps but looks smooth as butter. Was sure racing games had to be at least 40fps to play decent.

Intel i5 12400f or ryzen 5 5600x which is better for switch emulation or are they the same performance wise?

How do you get the Bayonetta 3 ROM. I have been having so many issues with trying to figure out how to get it
One word: Yandex.
Have you played all this game till the end
Question, how would these specs be, in the heavier side of game (zelda, red dead, ect):
Ryzen 5 3600
32gb ram 3200mhz
Rtx 2060 12gb
You will probably experience some frame drops. It should still be playable though.

a lot of good games from normal platforms out there on this abomination
It's not that bad. The console is just very old now. Nintendo should've replaced it two years ago.
So many good games on this machine not sure I will ever need another console

Why highlight so many games that are natively playable on PC (and usually leagues better)?
