Why such criticism towards the Steelers' QBs?

- This talk show host said the Steelers are going to finish under .500 because of some tendencies in the new Steelers' QBs. Do you think this guy's concerns are legit?

Wilson was probably on the field a good amount more than Steeler QB’s also. It’s hard to crunch numbers because the offense was so bad last year, it’s like an anomaly. 3 and out, 3 and out, 3 and AHT! Awful…. Idk if they’ll be world beaters but it can’t be much worse than last season

It's possible that stink is right. We didn't finish that far above 500 to begin with last year and nine more sacks could make the difference between a winning and losing season especially if we have the injury issues that we had last year at the linebacking crew at various parts of our team you never know what can happen. On the other hand the Steelers coach shocked everyone and win the Super Bowl who knows
Maybe everyone should just wait to see what happens with the Steelers this year. Because thet will be plenty of time for criticism. Maybe Some people just hates Russell, for what? Also, Russell did not have such great tight ends last year anyways. Russ can't throw down the middle of the field. Right. Well that's nonsense. I think the Broncos had/has a problem with their Head Coach. He put a terrible team on the field and then he yells at his quarterback. If Sean Payton is such a great coach, isn't it hos job to work with every player on that team. I guess not. There is no way ANYONE will convince me that benching your quarterback (whomever it is) for the final two games is not a terrible move. Remember the Broncos were still in the running to make the playoffs. Sean Payton is not as hreat as some people think...
Because Russ got kicked out of Denver and Fields plays 9 crappy games for every good game he has, and those crappy games make it look like he has never played QB before (he looks unstoppable in the rare good games though). I have more confidence in Russ because I’ve seen him do it before, and I think he’s still a really good athlete, and I like the way he’s been acclimating to Pittsburgh and putting in the work.
Top 3 defense overall. We didn’t score last year.
The defense alone guarantees double digit wins.

One QB is a washed up piece of pocket lint. The other QB is a turnover machine. Thats why.
Stink is a former Denver bronco O- lineman, so he will defend his position/piers, and of course his former team has no fault in the Russell Wilson Denver situation
Thats not how Schlereth does business.
The guy has alot of integrity and if he thought Russell Wilson played well or wasnt at fault in the shitfest in Denver last year, he wouldve said it.

The Steelers could end up winning less games than last season and still ultimately end up being a much better football team..

Why such criticism?
Because when you take off the black n gold colored glasses and really look at this new QB room, i dont see it as being "fixed" or all that much better than last year.
Rudolph was playing pretty well last year and i see Wilson as only a half notch improvement over Rudolph.
Justin Fields hasnt even shown he really knows how to play the QB position nor did Kenny Pickett so thats a wash to me.
So the advantage over last season is a QB in Wilson is a SB winning QB who used to play at a very high level, so hes got a ton of big game experience.
That is the only improvement I see in this seasons QB room.
