Launching your drone from either side of the Golden Gate Bridge is a Federal offence, do you really want to take a chance of someone reporting you to the FAA and risk criminals charges and severe fines by posting this video?
@@Manihsi That's the problem, thinking that is ok because a lot are people are doing it. Does that mean that a lot of people have jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge, so it's ok to do?
@@myshootinggallery3703 jumping off bay bridge is a different story, i mean If you think its illegal how come we don't see any sign for no drone activity at this area ? drone map check is showing green for flying drone at some spot at besides GG I Always follow the rules with official documents and i don't think should listing to people who don't know.

I’m looking forward to my first waypoint mission, since the latest firmware update, I haven’t done it yet, and I’m already drafting some cool, creative ideas with it. I really do believe it’s a game changer. Great video by the way. I’m in Southern California so one of these days my plan is to head up the coast your way to capture the bridge with my mavic3.
The big problem with this function is that the flight between the waypoints is curved and not straight. This makes waypoint mode unusable in many scenarios
Nice demonstration but I would make sure to pay attention to obstacle avoidance. You seem to have it disabled. I have seen another RUclipsr who was testing way-points with obstacle avoidance disabled (unknowingly) and he crashed his Mavic 3 on a tree. It is just another layer of protection that can boost your confidence when you use these autonomous pree-determined flight.

It is illegal to fly a drone in any of the areas surrounding the bridge. Just another person flying without checking where they can fly legally.

It is illegal to fly anywhere in the Marin Headlands. Look it up on the Marin Headlands sight

No. Actually they are not. Try making a square with waypoints. Can't be done. The sides of the square will be curved.

you're allowed to fly 400 feet above structures actually.
