Yes, Agree with poster below. Should have took out the backbone and layed it out with both breast on the bottom and sew it up from the backbone. Easier to butterfly the breast evenly so each layer is 1 inch for turkey and less for duck and chicken so it's not dry.
I just made one 15 minutes ago and will cook it for x-mas Eve tomorrow.
Can the plastic wrap survive the high heat and fat from the meat for such a long duration without disintegrating and leaching the chemicals?

Why you don’t say what seasoning you putting in. Lol I have my own seasoning. 275 degrees for 6 hours. 🔥🔥🇲🇽 next year 2022 I’m going to do it.
