Hello sis! I used your recipe and made waffles for the very first time yesterday. Although I did not separate my egg parts, it still came out perfect, so fluffy. I made a larger quantity for breakfast this morning with scrambled eggs and of course I added some dry pepper (ata gungun) to the waffle mix for a little lift 😃. Everyone enjoyed it. Hello, in the description u wrote 1 cup butter milk but I didn't see where u used it.. u only used liquid milk.... I thought is when u added vinegar into a liquid milk that I when is called home made butter milk? Anyways thanks for sharing....

That’s not butter sis, that’s magerine and it’s made with seed oil and it’s not healthy. Thanks anyway but, kindly use real butter next time. Arla or ghee butter

Hi it's not a must! Just to make it extra fluffy & pillowy..the baking powder can also do a fine work.
