Homemade Waffles for Beginners | very Easy!

- This is how to make the easiest homemade WAFFLES pancake from the scratch for beginners
INGREDIENTS
*1 cup Flour (250 Ml)
*1 cup Butter Milk
*1 Egg (seperate egg white from yolk & whip the egg
white only till it's stiff)
*2 Tablespoon Melted butter/Margarine or Vegetable oil.
*2 Tablespoon Sugar
*2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
*1/2 Tspn Vanilla Extract (Optional)
*A pinch of Salt
⭕️for the milk, you can use Evaporated milk or Powdered milk.
If it's Powder, pls Turn into liquid with this measurements 👇
2-3 Tbspn powder milk
1 cup warm water
Mix together till it's fully dissolved.

Hello sis! I used your recipe and made waffles for the very first time yesterday. Although I did not separate my egg parts, it still came out perfect, so fluffy.
I made a larger quantity for breakfast this morning with scrambled eggs and of course I added some dry pepper (ata gungun) to the waffle mix for a little lift 😃. Everyone enjoyed it.

Hi it's not a must! Just to make it extra fluffy & pillowy..the baking powder can also do a fine work.

Hello, in the description u wrote 1 cup butter milk but I didn't see where u used it.. u only used liquid milk.... I thought is when u added vinegar into a liquid milk that I when is called home made butter milk? Anyways thanks for sharing....
