- This is how to make the easiest homemade fluffy pancake from the scratch for beginners
INGREDIENTS
*1 cup Flour (250 Ml)
*1 cup Milk
*1 Egg (separate egg white from yolk & whip the egg
white only till it's stiff)
*2 Tablespoon Melted butter/Margarine or Vegetable oil.
*2 Tablespoon Sugar
*2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
*1/2 Tspn Vanilla Extract (Optional)
*A pinch of Salt
⭕️for the milk, you can use Evaporated milk or Powdered milk.
If it's Powder, pls Turn into liquid with this measurements 👇
2-3 Tbspn powder milk
1 cup warm water
Mix together till it's fully dissolved.

I stumbled on this video and the process of making yours is so different, so I decided to try it out. Goddddddd!!!!!! You need to see my pancake, for the very first time I got it right. I guess she didn't use oil because she was using a non-stick frying pan. If you'd be using a regular frying pan, just as little as a teaspoon of oil would do
