Yes we can make this lipstick using natural ingredients but then please consider following few things
1. You will have very limited choice of colours
2. Colour with natural pigments are very light so you might have to adjust the recipe accordingly
3. Natural pigments generally have shorter life span. So if you are making for commercial purpose, you will need preservative. Even for personal use shelf life of lipstick will depend on shelf life of the natural pigment.
