I’ve had those same S-Works shoes for over eight years and out of the blue I’ve been having issues as well. Different ones than here but am now looking into G8s and Lakes. Good to see a real-world example for what to expect from the moulding process.

@ sides of the foot as in maybe the shoes aren’t wide enough? The bottom can be helped with after market insoles before taking on the expense of new shoes or cleat placement.
@@SeeYouUpTheRoad yeah, width might be the problem. Don't know if it helps, but these are Fizik shoes and I used to run Giro. Never had an issue with the Giros, even with the standard insoles.

I have foot pain with road shoes, but probably more from getting old (44). Would custom moulds help?
depends where you are feeling the pain. The CX403 is a full carbon tub hence it dissipates the stress through a large area.
