My favorite racing game on the n64 will always be Mario kart 64. There are actually a few great titles on the n64 though. So I think best can be argued depending on graphics, replayabilty, realism etc. I think it comes down to preferences and nostalgia for a lot but realism and graphics can be argued for sure. Also, where was rush?
