I'd have the S65 myself. I like the sound of the V12 better. Canvasite Blue metallic exterior, Designo Exclusive Crystal Grey/Black nappa leather interior, burr walnut wood trim, Magic Sky Control, 20" 5 twin spoke rims in silver, grey painted calipers. Personally, I love the interior of the facelifted S coupe, but I'm not too keen on the exterior. I don't mind it, but I'd try to configure the car in a way so that it looks as subtle as it possibly can. I like the sleeper look, I don't want a car to stand out from the pack except at the lights.

Driving a Current S-class AMG 2019.. facelift version. I can say.. everything he is saying is so True. I have logged 50k Miles in a Year and a half.. and it is hands down the best car money can buy in regards to comfort, speed, class, and Tech all wrapped in one. After driving a highline Merc.. everything in the Market just seems like Child's play. The fit, finish in the lines, the air ride suspension, the Burmiester Sound system, the Message in the seats, the safety Tech, the lane assist, the Quality in the leather, fit ,and finish is just a Testament of Over 130 years of building Fine German Automobiles. 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

Absolutely agree with you on the 4.0l vs 5.5l AMG engines - I drove the C63 S at MB World recently, and the sound is just phenomenal, the 4.0l also has a great sense of urgency that the 5.5l just didn't have - it's all round a much better engine.
yeah newer cars have articial sounds. They make this with sound processors. The old ones have the original sound. The car builder are forced to reduce noise of exhausts because of damn EU regulations. Many people dont like the noise in the cities so they decided to make a law for reducing exhaust noise -.-

I love the Panamericana Grille of the GT and 4 Door GT especially because the corner of the mouth is pulled down in a menacing looking way. All the other cars seem to have pulled up mouth corners which in my opinion is looking a little too crazy
The aggressive and intimidating front-end design of these cars is to inform cars ahead of them on the Autobahn to get into a slower lane. Mercedes have followed this strategy for decades. If that is the image you want to project to other drivers, you’ve come to the right place.

Worked 2008 to 2010 due to crash and my biz hit floor. Only car I delivered I never wanted to give the keys back. One my top dream cars. I went last week and talked to mechanics about the 4.0 engine. All tech guys said it is great engine and as this guy said dam close to the old 6.2. Great Ride.

I drive an S63 and apart from the 1sr or 2nd week never press the sport button. It is not a car for that. Wonderful car though - I simply adore it. Despite the cost!! The 2018 is faster that the updated model top end anyway.
Totally agree maybe they missed this. It isn't over the top its just looking great. Think only British and Italian cars where able to do this. Those who don't care about cars won't really notice. I really like this approach. Great vid.

I agree.. amazing in so many aspects. My opinion, black exterior color doesn’t do this car justice, only hides the body lines. The front of the vehicle is simple menacing with the vertical grill.👍🏻
Yes, I love the facelift, on the S63 coupe, and I agree, that the top end big horsepower cars should all adopt the Panamericana grill, to separate it fro the 43, and 53 series cars, regardless that they are AMG. This is my favorite car in the lineup right now. (I do like the S65 coupe)

In a high speed crash that may kill or seriously injur driver and passengers,there’s a good chance you will walk away from it and live to tell the tale. It’s the primary reason I would get this car for my wife. I only wish it had bullet proof glass.
I'm wavering between an S63 and an S65, 2-year-old models. Seems little or no difference in price but a V 12 has a mystical attraction for me. No sure which way to go.
I liked the pre-facelift grille more. That pre-facelifted car was among the most beautiful, most timeless designs Mercedes has ever produced. It was a logical modern take on Bruno Sacco's W126 SEC. This Panamera grill looks aggressive and nice though... but the old one looked more classic and more sophisticated. Cheers, great channel!
With you on that. The raison d'etre of the S-Coupe was always that it was a rival to the Conto, DB11, etc - but one that was largely under-the-radar. Great for someone who wants what a big coupe offers but without the 'me, me, me.'
Always expect that with AMGs, unless it's a higher end limited model like SLS. I did notice that S-Class sedan AMGs depreciate a lot more than the coupes.

This exhaust sounds broken yet it excites him. A 458, w204 c63, Gallardo, GT350, GT3 are beautiful notes . Pops and bangs belong in turbo4s, not AMG v8s. 7 years ago +, ppl would've flipped out, hearing this Note exiting an AMG V8
The S Class coupe be it an old C126 560 SEC AMG Wide Body or a C215 CL 65 AMG or the latest version, they've always been the overall best cars on sale at the time.

That's what's so special about Mercedes. If you want to talk about a small segment of customers look at the 6x6 G63!

Hey I just bought a 2011 SL 63 with 30k on it. AMG is some time honored type shit though.
