Some ppl add roasted groundnut to it. They grind the groundnuts in addition to the other ingredients. Kay, am I right?

I have never seen tomatoes in eto before. Eiiiiii. The secret to a delicious eto is onions, spring onions, groundnut paste and momoni. Also you don't let the plantain cool down before u mash. You mash it as soon as u put the fire off. After mashing it for the first time u let it cool down before u continue to mash it again. The palm oil too is too much. Eto is best served with roasted groundnut, avocado and eggs. And the eto was not mashed well. I wish I can teach u personally. Any way more room for improvement
