This game is a solid 9/10 horror game. Its only flaw is that it needs a bunch of glitches and creases in some particular parts ironed out in the future, but compared to triple-A "horror" launches, Dark Deception is a master at the art of videogame horror.

You're so good at this that we basically never get a glimpse of the things chasing you. Feel like that actually takes away from the experience lol. This is almost like watching a trainer complete a level.
I really cannot wait to find out how Glowstick Entertainment will recreate all these chapters in Super Dark Deception. I never got to play the original Dark Deception because I have a very low-end computer that most likely won't be able to run the game itself, but I'm looking forward to seeing how the devs continue Super Dark Deception and make the mannequin level! (For Dark Deception, obviously)

Actually, on steam they already release a dlc called "dark deception complete" which is basically there for those who wanna buy every chapter together instead of having to buy them separately And I think the 5th chapter is gonna be released through that dlc as well (as well as a separate dlc), so I doubt it's gonna be free, but I agree with you, the devs have been working on the game since 2014 so they deserve appreciation for their work Watching gameplays and just liking the game itself is still a great way to support the devs nonetheless, even without money c:

I mean when you consider the game’s an indie game the bugs seem pretty trivial in comparison to the quality
Well, according to the plot, and the fact that this game is horor, you can not go into problems and put 10/10 well, or 9.9/10 for mistakes.
techincally, it's still in development, so we won't count the bugs. They certainly gonna be fixed and polished once the game is done
