Many of us were waiting for the highly anticipated sequel to the indie hit Bendy and the Ink Machine. But the development studio grew silent over the years, and many were worried that the sequel might never be released. Therefore, it came as a huge and positive surprise that they announced the launch of the game only a few weeks ago! And the long wait was worth it, because this game is better than its predecessor in pretty much every way!
We play the character Audrey who gets sucked up in the cartoonish world of ink where Bendy and his friends live. This time you can see that the studio has a much higher budget and talent behind it. The graphics are gorgeous, the animations are really well down and polished, and the voice acting is top notch! But also, in the gameplay department it delivers since every chapter provides with different types of horror and gameplay mechanics. The pacing is great, and I love that they offer some adventure elements in there too where they take it a bit slower. Even though there are a lot of puzzles revolving around finding switches, it never felt repeitive and dull due to the interesting setting and level design that guides you through it. There are plenty of secrets to find as well and overall, this is just a really solid horror game. It's way beyond the average horror experience that we see so much nowadays and if you are a horror fan you owe it to yourself to check it out. Say hi to Bendy for me!

I love how even tho there’s no commentary, it’s still got the lil reactions to jumpscares, dancing to the music, exploring everywhere, and things that make this just like a normal play through ( came from one where they were just speeding through everything and it sucked )
Ik which video you are talking about. Wasn't until halfway through I realized that the reason I found it boring and uninteresting is because almost all of the music was gone and it was as if a speedrunner was attempting to do a glitchless run. No appreciation of anything in that playthrough.
Was absolutely overjoyed when the bendy sat down and the person playing did a little happy dance

I’m literally in love with you, thank you so much
This isn't really related to the game's story, or mechanics, but I just really like seeing how you bop around to the music, or specifically refrain from triggering certain events before a tape finishes playing, or visibly get startled by the jumpscares. In a way, since you are playing as Audrey, you're giving her a bit more personality. These past thirty minutes have been the first time I was actually interested in watching a playthrough of a Bendy game, and I'm eager to see more.

Even though there's no commentary, I could feel the smile when they bopped to the music or hear the scream when a jumpscare happened and the camera shook. It's amazing how much personality was conveyed.

When the cupboard said "Turn around", I actually said out loud how much I appreciate them waiting for the tape to finish, just in case something happened that would cut the audio off.

I think one of the things I love most about this game is that you don't exactly *need* to have played BatIM first, but having done so enhances the experience when you meet a character from the original.

They were planning to release it chapter by chapter like the og batim and that’s what they based the initial release date on. Then they decided to release all of the chapters at once instead which is what cause the delay
They changed the characters design a little so it is Detailed now like look at Alice, tom ,Alice angel and more!

I think the ending was really good, Audrey finally realising who she is, what she is capable of, and how to continue her father's legacy. The whole gameplay was full of twists and surprises, as well as new friends on the way. In my opinion, the wait was worth it. The VA'S also did a great job at bringing the characters to life. Let's hope that we will get more lore on audrey and see how she carries on.
Having this game ACTUALLY come out feels so... Surreal. This feels like a dream that I can't seem to wake up from. We've always doubted BATDR coming out. Yet, it's right here, right in front of our very eyes. The visuals, the gameplay, the mechanics, it all feels so real. Because it is, obviously. But to me, it doesn't feel real. You know what I mean?

The fact that I was more happy to see Sammy than Henry says something
Henry appearing in the sequel was not expected (from me atleast), it was surprising and the dialogue between them was even cooler, something that bothers me is how did henry get out of his cell at the end, and if he didnt actually get out, how did he find a movie player or whatever its called while he was in the cell
@@inenmity The movie player was somewhere he knew was still there, it was in the dialogues. And I'm guessing the reason why he broke out and helped out was because of Audrey causing chaos and that massive fight after Wilson's sleazy ass was killed.

The fact that you actually got to play as The Ink Demon for the final few minutes of the game was the cherry on top of this game.

I was not expecting an ending like this, I though it was going to be something boring but… MAN THAT WAS SOMETHING
I..I am left speechless. I remember playing the first game and I LOVED IT. The lore, the characters, the story, everything I just LOVED. I even dressed up as Alice Angel for Halloween when I was little. Seeing this sequel finally released makes me overjoyed. And it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. It was like a whole new world but in the same universe. And towards the end where all of our beloved characters and new friends came together to help Audrey was just..beautiful. And seeing Henry being the last person to help was..the icing on the cake and brought me to tears. Not only that, seeing Joey trying to reach his daughter inside the Ink demon was just emotional. Everyone thought Joey as this corrupted leader who’s filled with regrets and shame. But now we can see more to this story, and he’s even gained my respect. (Of course it doesn’t hide the fact of what he did in the past) But besides that, seeing the ink demon killing him and Audrey watching it happen in front of her eyes was just..it shattered my heart. You can feel the emotion in her Everytime which I applaud to the voice actor, they did SUCH a good job along with everyone else! Thank you Bendy team, you truly outdid yourselves. If this is the end (which I hope it isnt) then thank you, thank you for giving us this as (maybe) the final piece. Hopefully there will be another game out but, I’m happy if this game is truly the end.

Hello everyone, and welcome back to another exciting installment of Biosh-I-I mean, Bendy and the Dark Revival! After watching this through, I can happily chalk this up as a pleasant sequel. It had all the nods and Easter eggs to the first game, and managed to build on the backbone of the world we got four years ago. As I watched, I kept getting flashbacks to the first Bioshock, the two share very similar atmospheres and aesthetic with the tutorial pop ups, especially when we finally emerged from the sewers and caught a glimpse of the city skyline, that part screamed "Rapture" to me.
Overall, a very satisfying game to watch. Now, I need to get it on Steam for myself!

This one takes quite a bit of q's from Bioshock. The ink abilities like lesser Plasmids, the weapon upgrading. Even the upgrade station is very similar to the Power to the People one from the first Bioshock.

I have two evidences that this is a game after the BATIM. First, When allison killed alice angel she said that "It feels familiar". And second, henry was part of the cycle. It means that Henry have already defeated bendy and is now going through another cycle since he is already part of the world.

Tbh I could've beaten the game within a day but since I'm a 3d artist and really loved the attention to detail and everything it took me 4 days to beat it and I overall loved exploring the studio in the first game and now with it being even bigger it was awesome and I respect everyone who takes their time and doesn't rush games
i like the idea of playing as a new character as henry had a pretty finished story
