Hear me out.
At 20:40 When Malak asks Bierce what happend to the last Person that trusted you. What if when chapter 5 Releases, there's a DLC That you can buy where it shows What happend to the last Person before Doug Houser died and was In purgatory. Also in chapter 1 Monkey Business when You go up the Elevator, bierce gives you Instructions and a Tablet, but after the tablet Shows up and after The instructions about the tablet are finished she says 'It was left by the Last... Guest to dissapoint me here. A very Clever girl.. Just not a very fast Runner.' My guess is because Doug killed His family Either his Wife or Daughter were here Before Doug died From his Cancer, i think The person that Bierce was talking about Was Doug's Wife as Bierce said 'She was a Very clever Girl.' Doug's wife Was clever but Not a fast Runner, after Doug's wife failed to Get through the First Level she died and Her Soul was taken. After that Doug's daughter Came and she Couldn't make it through either. But she was Given a shot at Revenge As in chapter 4 Part 2 where Malak give's doug's daughter as her Revenge Run up to her Father and Take his Soul for Malak to Collect, but those Plans failed. If you think About all of this, then it would not be suprising to see That the Final Part in chapter 5 is Where you're daughter is a Boss fight and inorder for you To escape You must end it all by Killing you're daughter Again. There might be a Choice where if you want too Kill her And end it or Join you're Family Forever. (AKA Lose all you're lives and Get the 'You are Dead' screen, but instead of bierce Laughing she is Frantic, Panicked and Mad.
That's my Prediction to What chapter 5 Might be in the End.
That’s a great theory! But mine was like on who E was because we know how Doug has his own personal nightmares *the portals* right?. Wouldn’t that mean everyone else here has there own personal nightmares based on their own life, So why does E have the same nightmares as Doug? I think that E might be the secretary as the notes appeared in chapter 4 right? So that could mean that in “torment therapy” Doug might’ve abused the secretary or something like that and that’s why she was there. And in “joy joy land” if Doug was abusing her then he was sucking the joy out of her life. And in barely buried Doug might’ve told the secretary how his mother treated him.
Edit: or the secretary’s mother abused her.
And idk what happens in chapter 5.
