The reason the game is so scary is put perfectly by Cory... Since you don't expect Huggy to get into the vents, you're given false safety. That safety being taken away so abruptly is what makes a good horror game.

This game is horrifying... It's giving Bendy, FNAF Sister Location, and it's own style. The music, design and animations are top tier! I’m just realizing they say poppy smells like a poppy flower. Poppy flowers symbolize sleep, peace, and death. Poppy’s also contain opium which is a sedative. This game might play on to that fact with the missing worker thing. Maybe getting the scent knocked them out or killed them due to dosage.
