Only Michael Johnson could talk about a 43.49 as a conservative race. Nothing like holding back on a sub 44 sec 400m.
I was thinking the same thing. Like he was talking about jogging, lol.
He was jogging 🤣
michael Johnson is the Best Athlete in the History ❤ he is my favorite Athlete
Incredible to hear a legend of athletics such as Michael Johnson talk us through his victories, who would you like to see relive their Olympic memories?
Pietro Mennea. Lee Evans. Michael Phelps. Jim Hines, Mary Lou Retton, Bob Hayes (if he were alive), Mark Spitz. I could go on. There are so many.
I second Lee Evans, and would like Tommie Smith as well.

Any gymnast or figure skater. Track and field is always good.
Michael Johnson: Track brilliance...thank you Olympic champion!
That 200 i got on repeat best form and racing EVER, He hit that turn and it was all over and last maybe 60-80 he accelerated more.😲
This guy was so disciplined. No wonder he is a legend.
The blocks SLIPPED and he still broke the world record. Incredible 🤦♂️
Michael Johnson ran like Forrest Gump. Lol.
Perfect form.
No. Forrest Gump ran like Michael Johnson.
Forrest Gump post-race interview- "No-one, only my momma perhaps, believed me when I told em I run as fast as the wind blows. But you know, I just keep eatin mah pays and carrots and trainin hard till mah buttocks are as firm as tinned hams. You see one day I just felt like runnin and here are am now. From this day on, if I go somewhere, I am ruhn-ning".

A 400/200 double with a superior WR. No one can do that again.
Today no one even try to run a 400/200 double because it's to difficult.
Van Niekerk did in 2017 but couldn't win the 200 although he was in great shape and his competitors weren't.
Can someone make a subtitle for this
can someone point his 'stumble' out to me pls.. I still can't see it
He was easing up on the 200 could have lowered the record even further
sonojah he pulled a muscle 20 meters out from the finish line
Geronne Mar-Fan Wow he may have gone under 19 sec....INSANE
The only male athlete to win gold in the Olympics in the 200 and 400. Another cool thing breaking the world record,in gold shoes,on home soil
He leaned backward so much :/
horrible video, poor editing, poor music and lets stare at michael johnson looking down at the floor....great...
