I had the same problem and figured it out finally if you still need help. After you’ve transferred the unzipped basemental file you have to make sure there are no folders left after you’ve extracted the files

I downloaded the Basemental drug but it not giving me the option to assign someone as a drug dealer and i also can not get on dark web. When i click on the computer doesn't give the option at all. I when i created sim i have the option of being a drug user that's about it. what should i do to fix this problem ?
I would uninstall everything, delete all files and do a fresh redownload. Make sure you check that your mods are enabled and also that the files are not more than 1 subfolder deep in your mods folder
i was able to grow some weed and smoke some weed, but there's no drugs menu or basemental shop or dealing options, i wanna sell but i can't see those options and i've downloaded the latest version
@@jayshew2695 you remember the part in the settings menu where you are able to turn on the mods? put a check on the script box too and not only the mods box or best restart the game and check both the mods and script boxes from the start. when you play the game and right click a non playable character, hopefully the drugs button/option will pop out. that's the first step to it all, assigning to an NPC the function of a dealer. pretty much from there you can just plant on your own.

I think that's the LGBT mod then but I havent played in a while so idk what they updated. Im going to look into it tonight. You can possibly find the vial in build mode, dark web. Or shopping menu. Let me know if you do end up finding!

Did your sim get the dealing traits in their sim info panel? The bio of this video has a link to a detailed tutorial. Thats the video you wanna watch, this was more of a walk through
If so you need to get to know them and become friends with them for drug social to pop up then you need to do 3 of them per drug per sim for a Seal The Deal option to pop up
Selling doesn’t go like really like that. When you at the party they just come to you not knowing you and they tell you “yeah if you want I have that, that and that” that’s all 💀 they not trying to really knowing you

It should be any sim as long as they arent in any of your active households

Put it in the jar from the basemental shop and then u can use it after its done processing or whatever. It think thats how it works

Basically you have to follow what shes saying in the video lol you need permission from an assigned NPC drug dealer
You need to be true friend with the person you make drug dealer it worked for me
if you take pictures of or with a sim your friendship level will go up really fast.
