"If you try to simulate this thing inside 3ds max, i think there is a pretty good chance your computer might catch fire or explore". Yep i can confirm this! Cloth modifier takes like minutes per frame which results in a impossible method for this kind of work. Thanks, you rock!
Hello Denis. Can you explain the part that you showed in 08:30. minute? I didn't understand how you added points and how they stayed frozen, while big part of the blanket falls on the chair. Also why did you called and then deleted avatar symbol there?
@@DenisKeman My user keyboard setting is 3D Max. I tried to hold W but It just does make to move. I still couldn't see points. There is a just setting button about point that I could see. It is X button.
@@muhammedbaykul3194 Well then check and see which is the button set for putting in Pins. The way i have it setup on my side is with the native controls for MD
@@DenisKeman Thanks I fixed this problem. :) But not by holding W. I saw the Pin button next to Move button. I am new about Marvelous. So, something is hard to find, while I am not an native English speaker. But I have a new problem.:) I cannot see after I wanted to import object with UV Map from 3 DS Max. Scene is seen empty. I chose trace 2d patterns from UV Map but it doesn^t work. Do you know cause of it?
Well like i showed in the video, you can do that if you were the one that created the model, but if you got the model from somewhere or someone else and don't have access to the plain geometry, in that case this is the improvised approach to get that piece of geometry

Great tutorial
Awesome.I didn't kow about morph and skin wrap before.
Just what i was looking for! Thank you!
Hello ! Incredible ! Do you think it is possible to have a similar result in Maya ?
Thanks! Very educational. I learned a lot about the Morph and Skin Wrap modifiers.
I never tried morpher before, pretty cool. thanks!
Very nice tutorial. Thank you so much! Keep going .
Would it not be easier to create plane in max, the size of knitted avatar, and then import that plane into marvelous.
When i clic on Pick Objet from scene and then i want to clic on the mesh from marvelous nothing happens, what can i be doing wrong?
Amazing
life saver this video thx Denis

As i say in the video, click and hold the W button on your keyboard and that will add the pins

Hello! How can I do this without the MD? For example, create a captone and conform on a sofa. Tks man!
Interesting. What i used to de was export the flat plane from marvelous and use morph it to the final model.
