Always so excited to learn from Mandy. The certainty and confidence, and professionalism, as well as attention to detail when she teaches is amazing. A student’s dream.
I keep mushroom powder on hand always. When I find mushrooms on sale, I put them in my dehydrator. Some I store whole or sliced and I make mushroom powder with the rest.
The fusion of ingredients makes this feel accessible despite never really making something like this on my end. My array of soy sauces and tower of fish sauce are ready!! 😤😤
No not slick or even overly polished. I enjoy Mandy in the kitchen b/c it's much like cooking with a friend who knows a recipe better than me. And with so many cooking videos available, go there. And get back to cooking! In the meantime, all the best!
I noticed that as well. I think it is the mustard she add at the end because it wasn't in there before. I believe it was the grains in the dijon. Like a stone ground style.

Honestly, I love all of Mandy's recipes!! They're just so appetizing and she makes it look so easy.
I think this would be a good sauce for pasta, maybe fettuccine, but for that I would add sauteed mushroom slices to add to the sauce.
Polenta. With sautéed mushrooms or Parmesan
Agreed, i want to try it with ravioli
She's a bloody legend!!! ❣️
Salivating over here. Loved the ideia of only using dried mushrooms. I’ll be trying this one soon!
i bet the kitchen smelled great while cooking this. i can’t wait to make it soon!
I love, love Mandy’s recipes her videos are so detailed and makes it look easy and for the everyday cook. Thank you Mandy, you are the best!!🙏🙌🏼
This looks delicious. 😋😍
Looks fabulous!!! I have used dried mushroom powder to make chicken marsala. It takes your marsala to another level. Thanks Mandy!!!
"you want it to scream MUSHROOM" with the zoom in. I screamed mushroom.

Another plethora of great cooking information!
Gotta try this! Thanks Mandy :)
I'm obsessed with Mandy......and her dogs that only make noise when she's shooting a video
Imagine this sauce for green bean casserole or stroganoff! Looks amazing will definitely make this soon.

ما شاء الله عليك ❤❤❤❤🎉🎉
This is sort of mindblowing, to be honest. I can imagine this is an extremely powerful sauce. Maybe works with pasta?
I never even thought about cooking being an intuitive thing, or it exercising my intuition, but she's totally right.
And yet, everything Mandy’s taught me so far, I would never have intuited! She’s just so creative.
Sign me up for extra rich. This sauce looks amazing, I can’t wait to try it.
Aww I love the texture of the mushroom sauce
How about a burger? I say yes!
Awesome ideas! Thanks for sharing.
I have 1 question. Do you do your own cleanup? What products do you use on your cooktop?
Looks really tasty;) I will try!
Could you use the same base for
Mushroom soup?
wow. mushroom cloud.
With baked or fried tofu?
Yay Mandy!!
When you buy dried mushrooms from the store don't they sometimes have dirt/sand on them and need to be cleaned?
I guess the dirt contributes to the earthiness! LOL
This looks great!
Any tips on what I could do to make a vegan version of this? (Please don't be insulted!)
Mandy, I like your short haircut.
What if you subbed psilocybin mushrooms? Asking for a friend I swear 😂
Use mushroom powder?
Oh dear.
some people are not ready for film. Sorry to say about this person, but this is not enjoyable. And needs a proper editor.

I'm done you tasted and put the spoon back in the pot. Nope
It’s her own food. She is cooking for herself.
Duh, it's her own food 🙄
@@karlsanjose2941 i know. It goes to show, you can't eat at everyone's home.
lmao germs are literally everywhere. whatever is going into food that's still cooking is utterly negligible
@@jackieoneal4806 You weren't invited, Jackie.
Sounds delicious! The final texture/consistency looked a little gritty though.
