- A former police officer facing a drug charge burst into a daycare center Thursday in Thailand, killing dozens of preschoolers and teachers and then shooting more people as he fled.

This is not typical in my second home of Thailand as Thai people are respectful and non violent. This guy was under the influence of drugs.

When stationed in the Far East during "that conflict", we were warned that when going off base in Thailand, your life was worth $5.00! That was the cost of a contract on your life. To make it worse, Thailand police only investigated murder for a week as too many were happening all the time.

This was a absolutely terrible situation, complete madness, that this man that was a former Police officer of Thailand who committed this heinous, vicious, killing of innocent people including children.

These tragedies happen when a good guy with a gun looses it, then he isn’t, or when one can no longer deal rationally with life, sadly they take innocent lives with them in their derangement, the availability of weapons only make it easier to take so many…unfortunately these tragedies are becoming more and more common as life become unbearable…my heart goes out to those who lost their love ones, to such senselessnesses, Peace!

Much like here in vietnam, some off duty cops have guns stored in their home. It's insane that we cant control if guns go to bad guys or good guys because even the "good" ones are just killers who havent done anything.
@@duongv202 when a officer is fired, shouldn’t he lose his gun privileges as well, an if he was fired because of drugs, perhaps he should have gone into some drug treatment program, before being fired, however if he was fired because of cannabis, it’s my understanding that Thailand has decriminalize cannabis, which never should have been criminalized in the first place, as for the availability of weapons, it’s seems to be a major issue in many countries, especially in the U.S., anyways tragedy happen that when some people snap, sad that they take with them so many innocent lives…
