  • Following years of judicial misconduct and other serious allegations exposed in an ABC15 investigation, Maricopa County’s top judge has disqualified his entire bench from hearing a post-conviction relief challenge in a first-degree murder case. In an order issued on May 7, Presiding Judge Joseph Welty ruled that the “exceptionally rare” and “unprecedented” circumstances surrounding former judge Erin Otis required him to re-assign the case to a judge from another county.

      This is not new, this type of justice was standard in the Jim Crow south against black but nobody wanted to hear about it. It’s all over the country now and it’s not strictly for blacks anymore, all marginalized people can get it now. Jim Crow is gone but fairness in the justice system has become a disposition all over the country now but it’s still disproportionate to black people til this day. They love to say blacks are pulling the race card but if they change the deck there wouldn’t be any to pull.

    Abolish judicial immunity

    • @user-rt1kz6wl5o
      @user-rt1kz6wl5o 23 дня назад

      when corruption rules and controls a society, there will always be ABSOLUTE IMMUNITY for the public officials that control and use government as a weapon against anyone who challenges their corruption. (SEE ASSASSINATION OF ASSOCIATED PRESS REPORTER DON BOLLES) Arizona has this corruption at all levels of government because organized families control it at all levels to include this states federal district court, unless another organize family tries to invade their criminal activity, then the federal district court protects the local crime family. IE Susan R. Bolton, federal district judge. They oversee all crimes, not only at all levels flashing absolute immunity, but in my case are refusing to return personal property declaring my claim "FRIVOLOUS" AND DISMISSING IT. NEWS MEDIA LABELED IT LEGISLATING FROM THE BENCH. Arizona remains one of if not the most wide open corrupt states in the union, because they give all government employees absolute immunity, therefore exempt from being sued through all levels of the judicial branch. Phoenix PD have always been the ENFORCERS OF THE CRIME FAMILIES and why these immunity laws have reached this level of insanity. Michael Roy Turney, acquitted because there was no evidence a crime had occurred or I did it as it never happened. A TASK FORCE led by PPD. Maricopa. state, FBI and the NCM&EC private investigator sent me to prison and jail based on two cops who lied under oath multiple times with absolute immunity. If you want an upfront in your face experience on this start speaking out about the border and pursing to have bad PPD cops investigated. Challenge the PPD brutality. MRT

    There have been numerous cop, watchers, and First Amendment auditors that have been investigating and watching law-enforcement, prosecutors and judges in the state of Arizona throughout the entire state. There’s nothing but corruption at the highest levels in the law enforcement agencies in the district attorney offices and on the benches in that state. We don’t know yet if the corruption goes even higher than that. The DOJ and the FBI need to go in and investigate Arizona for their civil rights violations against citizens. Who knows how many people have been sent to prison illegally with made up bogus charges.
