- Today we take a quick look and unbox the brand new Astro watch from the Marloe Watch Company. This particular model is the Futura but there are three other models in the Astro range so be sure to check them out.
There are a good amount of space watches but how many would dare to be different ? Going to divide opinions for sure but then who wants to be ordinary ? Be sure to check back when the full review is live !!

I adore decisive love/hate watches this is a beautiful alternative design. It nice to see a microbrand taking a risk with design ( something the industry needs). Well done Marloe.
I have been looking forward to the full review which I trust you will do in the near future. I do value your opinions and am holding off buying my third Marloe before purchasing the square one.
Not sure about the Square design. But have 2 Marloe watches and there are 2 more new, the Tay and Coniston Auto
I really like the Astro Futura. Very quirky and unique, also the rubber straps are interesting as they were designed specifically for it. I'd like to get one but the 38mm on a square shape is holding me off 😕
I'm a big fellow and i find the size quite ok to be honest, i might change the strap for something like a bracelet but the shape & size are good :) Be sure to come back when the review is done as i will be comparing with other watches.
I don't care for the look with the strap having zero integration or flow with the case. Square cases really need to work with the strap to avoid looking like something that was velcro'd on. A wider strap, closer to the case size would help.
Yes i can see your point and that thought had crossed my mind too. Square watches are often difficult to design and there will always be an element or feature that does not sit well for all. As you may have noticed they have printed that it is a first edition so perhaps a revised model will differ in the future ? Who knows :)
It's definitely a marmite watch but I like it.
