Peter your prior lifestyle was very similar to mine. Glad to have been able to see this today and me too all of this happened at 42. And I have focus on being back in the gym with training as well. Thanks for sharing. Really appreciate this.

as a deacon in my church I preach occasional and in my first sermon I included "living with HIV for over 20 years" and no one batted an eye.

Peter used protection and contracted the virus, the same thing happened to me. I was taking PrEP but caught the bug because I got careless and didn't take it properly (not everyday). More info should be available on the need to use these drugs correctly.

Peter was not clear about how he protected himself. He says he protected himself but doesn't elaborate.
Sex & Drugs is the combo that leads to not being careful.
