I know this is supposed to showcase Lithuania, but the rng makes this a perfect HRE run
Man seeing all the buffs every nation got recently, they weriously have to revisit the middel east and fix some of the missions there. If you compare persia or even the Ottos mission tree to the new ones, you realize quickly that they just can't keep up.

@@freddekl1102 at paradoxcon they mentioned the future of the game. I believe an official reply on a dev diary also suggested it
@@Quarbit considering that Assyrian christians are an extant minority in Syria, I think they should be a revolter nation. It’s believable and more valid than forming the Roman lost culture. There are some other groups like Yazidis and Mandaeans that could warrant playing but idk if they had a state. Macedon should be formable
Also, if you get the nationalism cb, become a revolutionary republic, establish the cult of reason, have humanist ideas and low clergy loyalty, then you should get an option to reform the declare a pagan pantheon. Then scaling with clergy influence you fight multiple zealot stacks of your old religion. You also go to war with the defender of the faith of your old religion.
This would let people play as a Dei Consentes Rome. Maybe that way they are stepping on Imperium Universalis’ territory.
South America is underrated, can’t wait to see what they do with it.

I don't like the seeing "Lithuanian-Polish Commonwealth" instead of just "Commonwealth" on the map, the name is just too long and it looks weird

It’s weird because your brain is used to seeing commonwealth so much that your brain thinks something is wrong.
I really wanna se e you continue this campaign like you’re kinda set for a conquest of Europe idk about WC but I definitely wanna see how THICK Lithuania gets
You have crazy luck in this game. Bohemian Ruler event has a 50% chance to fire before 1449. If i were to redo uncommonwealth i couldnt do it as well as you did rn.
Are the new Lithuanian missions etc a significant improvement on old Lithuania? Their missions tree prior to this patch was already half-decent due to the claims they get.
I'll admit I rather like conquering Muscovy bit by bit. I can't see them as a good subject, they are usually behind in tech and I've never played as them very long but I think they are poor af.
You know the state of your country after the Bohemian war? Yeah that's historically accurate, nobles in arms, debt, no armies remaining.

Honestly the Lithuanian tree is still a little underwhelming compared to others. I also wish they had a Lithuanian pagan path
yet they end up stronger then poland cause they get lithuanian bonuses aswell as LPC ones
It's somewhat underwhelming because a lot of other tags seem to be actually able to go into their own unique alt-historical directions. The most that is fleshed out for Lithuania is just becoming Commonwealth, but with a different dominant part. You could not do that of course, but at the same time that would just feel like cutting off content from yourself.
Which is a shame considering how much potential for alternative directions there were. Same with Poland really. Of course Poland can kinda go HRE direction, but still unless I am completely mistaken that tree still encourages going PLC.

It's very disappointing seeing Paradox put more effort into tiny opms like Gotland and Riga instead

So if you form Lithuanian-Polish Commonwealth instead of the other way around, will you gain access to the polish mission tree there in addition to the shared new ones, and that's what you showed?
Or does it create a new mission tree that both options share?
If the former, doesn't it make Lithuania the superior option for getting both mission trees completed?

Shame that Lithuania only got surface level buffs and not actual historically accurate content/flavor. There's still no Romuva paganism, sucession crisis with notable individuals like Švitrigaila who wanted control of Lithuania and Poland (historically he died in 1452 so it would be right at the start), Prussian Lithuanians/revamp to Prussian culture, so both Germans and Baltic nations accept it, Jagiellonian/Gediminas dynastic events, and a way to diplomatically PU Poland.
Lithuania has the second coolest flag in the game tho (behind only Avaria)
That is such a long name to fit on the map.

eh it's alright. get leviathan when you decide to play in southeast asia or north america, or want to go for a world conquest (for monuments)

Lithuania has a much easier start when you flip Ortho because more than 50% of your lands is ortho

All of these overpowered missions just make a good player snowball way too quickly in my opinion, makes the game boring.
Never sell the institution to your subjects you pay for it if you do that
different things. sell it to your subjects, don't grant it.
