This is very historically accurate, I remember the government of the Dominion of Canada threatening to demolish their entire industrial base if the UK didn't hand over Newfoundland.

He can do what he wants in single player, in a lobby, even one that has looser rules than normal, he doesn't get to do "whatever he wants". Why do you think he references in videos if they are doing no rule games? If Germany decides to ally Russia and the Comintern never enters war with Germany, the allies are hosed, that's why you don't get away with that in multiplayer servers unless they are listed as no rules
Neither Braun nor Golden have ever been bound by the rules, that's the advantage of being the host's friends.
The rules don't exist for Braun, golden or swimmy. They're bo's friends so who's going to ban them? Plus it usually makes for better content on Bo's channel when they do stupid things. so he has no reason to ban them. Swimmy is actually the worst about rule breaking. He breaks the rules all the time especially the rules against game ruining and death wars but that usually makes for great RUclips videos.
